Reliance gigev a offer o[censored]nlimited gprs for 30 days at a cost of 303.I har optad for this offer of 1 july 2008 i could avail it that evening and from 2nd morning i am no longer able to use it.i am tired of contacting custorercare n raisings complains, but it dosen't help in any way.

Hello I am Rupesh from Midnapore town (WB).
I have a Reliance Smart connection (No.[protected]). Last Saturday (25the October) I have recharged my mobile with Rs. 303/- easy recharge for 30 days unlimited GPRS Internet access. That day I got the GPRS setting for my Mobile (Sony Ericsson S500i) from Reliance Smart service against 5.some rupees. But it was not working. When I am going to access Internet from my mobile, it gives an error message “Connection failure. Check settings. If problem persists, please contact your operator for support”. After that several times I have contacted with reliance customer care executive. 4/5 times I got settings for my mobile. But still the problem persists. Then 28th October again I have complained for my problem. My complain no. is 78908338. But till now I have not the remedy against my problem. I am becoming tired to contacting customer care for raising complains. I have never seen this type of worst communication service & customer care service. Please help me.
Got reliance connection. Paid Rs. 149 for new sim. made a call to check activation. next day recharged with Rs. 303 for one month unlimited internet. Called customer care personnel (had to keep patience thru IVRS) wrote down settings for N73. disconnected the phone. manually filled up the required fields in the phone. Amazing internet speed, man... life's never been better.

Ohh I am frm Calcutta, WB... so it works there. U must have messed up with the settings on ur phone. Try again, have patience buddy.
It took a hell lot of of my time even to get connected to customercare and i was using O2 XDA Atom but i got a response from the customer care that my phone is not suitable for gprs.Even some were ignorant that they exclaimed if such a mobile existed in the whole world and what they know is that microsoft windows only produces softwares
please give me gprs settings in spice s710 my contect no. [protected].

Dear readers please dont use reliance gsm gprs.They are dont sending even gprs settings at all.
sir i want to inform that please change your GPRS plan that is based on redirecting service because, when a person want to access your gprs service, he can do this easily, eventhough he has no balance in his account. because your software engineer are not so talented.they are not able to prevent this froud access. i have also surfed and downloaded at leat 50 GB data free of cost, when there was no balance in my account, because your server was not redirecting me to that page where you ask that session expired or biling error shows
so pay attention to this other wise in a few days there will be a huge number of such users and they can easily access your GPRS service!!! mind it!!

Reliance GPRS service — Failures in GPRS connection

Respected sir i choose unlimited downloading GPRS Plan worth Rs299 of Reliance mobile on this no. [protected] but when i starts download for any file then i face errors like Access denied,connecting failed and when i was reply about this then they does not give me any proper information. I won't to get refund of my Rs 299 which i spent for activation o[censored]nlimited plan.

I recently by mistake sent a message to *123*50# (if am right) to a toll free no. I was under the impression that it was just for enquiry and not for subscirption activation. Since my balance was less than 20rs, the WAP (51rs/15days) scheme activation failed. I called up Customer care and asked them to cancel becuase i suspected if i recharged the scheme would get activated. Customer care agent said they could not help until it got activated.
After i recharged, the sub got activated deducting 51Rs. Also I called up atleast 5 times and NO AGENT COULD HELP ME. THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR LONG TIME OR TRANSFER ME TO ANOTHER AGENT. I am ok with whatever has been deducted. I atleast want the subscription to be cancelled now. I have basic Nokia cell model . WAP activation is not o[censored]se for me. 51 Rs. gone waste :-(

CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME?

I am Kapil with mobile no [protected] has activated 20 GB GPRS scheme on 2 April. The connection speed of the Reliance GPRS is worst in the area.I have to 30-40 min for a single page to open.The reliance GPRS is the worst scheme to activate in any area. They are talking of 100% speed but in reality they just fetch the customers money and did not provide anything in return. The speed of the other networks in the area is very god. but wherever i go the reliance is the dull service provide. So guys never activate such schemes in Reliance and if the company can provide good returns of speed then the step is welcome..!!

I bought a new SIM from this company ... for the first few days they provided me with well GPRS and other facilities and never gave me a chance to complaint regarding any matter... but from the past 1 week i have been facing problem with the GPRS ... i have contacted them many a times ... once they even solved my problem but the same thing is happening again again ... also i have trying their "complaints only" number (198) but the line is going busy from the past 24 hours ... i hope you will try to do your best regarding the same !!
