[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — caller tune activation without consent

Dear Sir,
I Anil Uniyal having 3 connection of reliance communication as [protected], [protected] as post paid connection and [protected] as prepaid connection since last over 3 years, Now as i am valued customer of RCIL but its very regret to say that Realince communication has activated caller tune facility on my mob no [protected] without providing my consent or activation reuquest for this service, Its not happend with me first time but also several no of times the same thing repeats with me, Well as i spoken with Arun( Cutomer Care Executive) on *333 at 10.41am on 18th May for updated my balance as they has charged for caller tune and complaint against non activation this services further without providing my request vide complaint no 68777121, But its immense weird to know that no revert balance has updated as yet. Its also difficult to understand me that why this type of thing happens with me while i am not keen to take any caller tune facility on my mob afterthat why RCIL doing the same with me and harrasing me, If the concern authority will not be taken suitable action against it and not informed me then i will go to Consumer Form and could surrender all my exisiting connection.
I hope you will look into matter and take suitable action against it and obliged me.
