I got this Postpaid Net connect MG880 USB Modem 4days before,
i was told that after Verification you get the required MDN no. and it will be provided at your place, but there was no response from the center, ultimately i had to go an collect it after 2days.
I installed it and only to find that my dialer is locked and only emergency call can be made... bingo
i checked the setting, but it was locked, i could not get connect to register my account. i called @ customer care, only to find that their attendant are so busy that they took almost anything between 15 -20 min. to answer the call, above all they kept transfer the call form one to another... and at last i found someone purely related to net department she was not able to understand the problem... so she diverted me to go to service center and get the modem checked and unlock the modem

Well ! I went here only to find that this guy has moved his office form here six month back... a mistake i made i dint call

i went Borivili Reliance Center @ chandraverkar lane, again to find that all working guys just flirting around with their counter partners and chatting and no one seem to tack care of people waiting, upon that they had no clue of what the problem is, an hence definitely had no solution for that...
After a while they told me to go to Borivili Gokul shopping center
i went there only to get disappointed... same Replay we don't know the problem and we re not authorized to solve Net connect MG880 USB Modem.

To summaries it:-

1. No body seem to understand the problem.

2. Long holds on Care no.( just keep waiting)

3. Working people as they are young and enthu...has no respect and value of time of others.

4. Misguidance.

5. No appropriate solution for one of the kind Problems.

6. No Update of their Data Bank, Who are link to Their Service Centers and who is not, with lack
of related categories of their services that they provide.

I need answers for my problems, as every thing has cost me money, and intend to get full benefit of the services which comes with the pack...( I am not getting the software advantage like
net booster ) but i am able to connect to net with windows network rout.

Please send engineer at my place to get my dialer up and running.
Hope for the better service for One and for All.
Above Pointers will be considered to Better Future and Professionalism.

Few days before I purchased a Reliance Net card ( ZTE MG 880 ) for my laptop. From the purchasing day onwards i am facing the problem to connent to any website. When I try to connect immediately connect and with immediate it is also disconnect. I already made several complains to the customer care, but no one giving the proper reply. Please help me.

Reliance Netconnect MG880 USB Modem — service

I did a recharge of Rs1099 on 13dec2008 at 7:00pm for my Reliance Netconnect MG880 USB Modem prepaid. After that when i tried to connect then it started trowing error that "connection closed by the remote computer". When i called customer care then they told me to do additional recharge of some amount. when I went to reliance web world (FORUM mall, BANGALORE) they said there is no need of any recharge. call customer care to sort out this problem. That day I made 11 calls to customer care.I did one more recharge of Rs50. p of customer care excuses..."sir i am not technical guy i cant help", "i am unable to see your details, call after some time", "you need to do some more recharge", "our servers are down" ... but problem was not fixed.
after all this when i tried to contact any senior executive on 15thDec then they told me that there is no senior executive, after some argument They gave me their nodal officer no: [protected]. when i called(5 times) on this number no body picked up.

Now on 16dec I again called the same no, some officer picked the call. After giving the details I told them to cancel my recharge and return my money, she asked my alternate contact number and told me that they will update me in 24 hrs. its now more than 48 hr still i have not received any call from them.

Now i am fade up of my reliance net connect. I paid the money for my connection, did recharge still service is missing from the so called INDIA's No one network.
I got delayed at my work becouse of reliance, I faced so much of dis comforts...But reliance ( set o[censored]nqualified professionals, worst network management, having worst servers, people sleeping at job) they still claim the best.

I got the postpaid connect cdma data modem MG880+ on 16-4-09 but on 17-4-09 i cant browes the internet from that same modem and i feedback to the custemer care they wont respons correctly so please solve thies problem as posibal as fast.

Reliance Data Card — Absolutely Pathetic Services

Hi All,


My Internet Reliance Data Card with number [protected], in my name only is Barred from last three months . Have logged atleast 20 email complaints but no revert till now . i am really frustated with teh services from Reliance . Every time whenever i speak to these people - the same answer - Sir " It will be corrected within 2 days time" But the span for these 2 days seems to be like Forever . Also on the top of everything - The two guys whome i was co-rordinating with have stopped taking my calls.0

I am really frustated to the core due to these servics and want some solution.

If possible please pass on this message to Reliance Management people to cover this up..

I am using MG880 it was working perfectly but since 2 days it is giving problem 721 and One lock mark is displaying on network connection.I am calling to reliance CC department but they are not giving me right answer.I am not able to do my business.
please make sure which type of problem is this.

My name is yashkant singh. I have paid cash having recipt no. [protected] for relaince netconnect by cash payment on 17th Feb 2011. The person named pankaj who called me number of times untill I paid cash & told me that it will be activated in 7 days.He asked me to contact a person name Delip Bisht for the activation and provided me his mobile number.But still my connection is not activated. I have called them so many times from last one month. Right now the situation is such that Mr. Pankaj is not picking my phone & if fortunately picking when I am calling from some other no. then the person on the phone is either his company guard or some calleague. Please tell me the way how can I get my money back because now this connection is useless for me since I am going to change my room in next coming month.

Reliance Netconnect USB — Pathetic Service

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a reliance net conncet USB on 1st October by paying three months advance rental. The services got disconnected without my prior intimation on 9th October. When I contacted reliance customer care, I have been informed to try few times and it will automatically restart. I tried the whole day and when still I was not able to connect the same, I again contacted the customer care, then I received a response that submit the documents at reliance web world.

How can someone disconnect the connection with prior approval, especially when I have submitted all the documents and paid three months advance rentals?

I want to cancel the connection and the customer care is insisting me that first I need to activate the conncetion and then only they can cancel it. They are actually harassing the customers, they have already received three months advance rental so they do not bother about customer now.

I want my full money back and additional 5000 rs towards mental stress which I suffered during last two days. I request you to kindly take the appropriate action at the earliest.

      I have subitted cheque no.120480 dated 20.05.08 for Rs.2904/ drawn on Canara Bank, Rajouri garden, New delhi, at Reliance Communation wed centre, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi as on 20.05.08 for the payment of my Postpaid ph no.:- [protected]

      I am getting SMS that your services will be discontinue, because of non payment of bill. Enquiring from bank my cheque was never presented to my account nor i have got any information that where my cheque has gone.       My self Atul Kumar singh had Purchased one data card no.[protected] dated 16th Jan.2008 from Reliance web world, Cozy Tower, Opp Jorwar palace Palanpur, Gujarat .At the time of purchasing of data card one 1 GB pen drive was free which is also mention on the cover of data card. But after long time they have not given me pen drive and concern Reliance officer is always misguiding me. I had also register my complain on customer care but nothing has happened.       Hi,

      I would like to register a complaint regarding the services Reliance is offering. I am having a lot of issues related to Billing as well as customer service. And I need somebody to answer my queries.



      This is to inform you that I bought a Reliance data card in the month of January’09 and the connection was activated on 27th of January. I requested an unlimited download plan for me from the vendor. The vendor assured me the same for RS. 900+ and a special permission from his department. Keeping unlimited plan in mind the internet connection was used for official as well as personal purpose. It was also confirmed from the vendor that the billing cycle will be monthly.



      After using the connection for about 9 days suddenly I got a SMS stating that a bill for RS. 3789.36 is due for me & I have to pay it as son as possible. The outgoing calls were barred the same day. The internet connection was stopped the day after. After experiencing no inter connection for about 2 days I made a call to the customer care.



      Speaking to customer service was a bad experience. The entire episode was told to him, the advisor on line was clue less. After begging for a supervisor the advisor connected the line to the floor supervisor.



      The supervisor told me that I am using a 5 GB download and 525 monthly rental plan. This was a shock to me, I thought I was using an unlimited plan. She informed that I have downloaded 3.5 GB of data and the bill period is for 10 days. She also informed that I had a credit limit of RS 1900 and because I have exceeded the download limit I had to pay extra. While discussing on this ridiculous bill the supervisor hung the call.



      I am in a state of trauma with the entire episode and don’t know what to do. I never expected that Reliance would give me such nightmares. I need the higher authorities to look into this, and help me . I request if somebody could answer the following questions.



      1. When I applied for monthly billing cycle, why am I being charged for 10 days ?
      2. If the download limit is 5 GB, why is my connection stopped ?
      3. Why wasn’t I told that I will be charged for 10 days initially ?
      4. If the credit limit is RS 1900 how did I end up using RS 3790 ?
      5. Is there a download limit for a day and a week ?

        I have spent the last 9 months or so requesting for Do Not Call every time I get a sales call or an sms but each time I am told that it will be rectified within 21/45 days but it hasnt stopped ever. Even while roaming I got these calls. Such is the state of affairs. Why show off about services which you cant provide. I'm tired of calling again n again n being told the same thing again n again. Webworld also doesn't entertain complaints such as these. The guy just told me that someome calling me up to sell reliance phones doesnt mean reliance is selling the phones. I dont care who is trying to sell me stuff. I just want it to stop.

        yes i am also facing same problem since 3 months even after activating DNC. Calls have been minimized (not blocked fully) but sms are the big problems. reliance has sms memory of just 30 messages and sends 10 sms per day, if i ignore them message memory becomes full and important messages do not come.
        Another problem is their caller tune activated without notice and they charge for it saying i have activated it.
        i have made several complaints regarding DNC and caller tunes but no action is taken till now.

              guys try contacting reliance customer care at *333 and you get the cold voice of the IVRS. then when choose the option 4 which is to speak to the customer care representative voila you would be told that your call is sooo important and that they will connect to the ccr. then comes the really intresting thing of your life---- now after two seconds you get a voice telling you "PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALLED " and the phone goes dead.
              is it not great service from RELIANCE???????????????????

              I made a online recharge of rs 50 and then of rs 60 on 28 nov 2008 . But it was failed to recharge my cell, but the 50, 60 rs was debited from my HDFC bank account by reliance communication .I thought that reliance communication will refund this amount in my account within two or three days as the other service provider do (Vodafone, Airtel etc). But till now(12 Dec 2008) it's not happened. Whenever I called to customer care everyone is giving me different information and every time they are giving me new request number.

              Hi,

              I had recharged the reliance prepaid mobile with Rs.490, which is 1500 minitues free for any reliance mobile in india for one month.

              I have recharged it on 16th Jan 2009 and i used it for 710 minitues in 18 days. after that they charging me even for reliance mobiles.

              I call reliance customer care and i asked they told me that you have already used 1500 min.

              This is like cheating the people. Do not go for reliance when you select the service provider

              this is to inform you that I had purchased a reliance prepaid number [protected].
              I had called the customer care to discontinue the number as this number is lost. After 7 minutes of hold the customer care representative asked the number again. I told him the number and my name also. He then asked for the billing address. I told him my address :- saraswati vihar, rohta road, meerut.
              He said that what is house number ? I told him that no house number is there. Then he told me that contact the store from where you have taken this number because house number is mentioned in the address and i cant close the number from here.
              Sir please tell me that when I had not written the house number in the form then who has written it. Now I have to waste 1 hour to close this number on the next working day. And in the mean time if somebody will misuse the number then who will be responsible.
              Kindly see where is the loophole in the system and rectify.

              Monthly there is a deduction of Rs.30 for the Jobs on phone, movie masala etc, which i have never subscribed, and if you unsubsrcribe those msg, the result is same your money has already been deducted,
              and again there is unnecessarily messages are coming from reliance, disturbing the customers

              I have a similar problem. Only this time the *333 is not working. What the [censored] and they do not have any other customer care number. Reliance thinks like the BSNL of old. they think they have done us all a favor by giving us these connections. Reliance is one un-ethical company. They have a limit on the number of connections that can be terminated in an area, broken up by dealer. I gave up my postpaid connection but the dealer did not close it. i was bugged for the rentals for the next 5 months. And the guy kept telling me "sir, please pay, else you would be a defaulter in the reliance database". Like I give a .and like it was my fault that the connection was not terminated...

I called customer care but the representative refused to make a complaint for this. According to them this is third party which involved and this is done from my side. This has not been done from my side. Neither did I called any number nor did I messaged for activation of this services. I am aware of flash sms, which also is not a case. This is been happening to me every month if you check my record. I have lost enough money for nothing. Even your customer care representatives do not try to clear my doubts properly nor do that accept to make a complaint. I was told previous time that such kind of incidents won’t happen again. But there is no end for this. Previous time I was told that my DO NOT DISTURB services is activated but this also seems to be untrue.
              30 rupees has been deducted from my account. can please go through this complaint of mine and refund back my money with deactivation of this service. I would be highly pleased if this happens.

              after few days of purchase, my incoming & out goind service was stopped, so i called to customer care they told me your service has been stopped because of non receips of document so submit the same.

              i submit 2nd time my document to reliance web world jamnagar and after few days (about 7 days) all the servece was started, but once again...!!!...! my service was stopped because of non receipt of document..!..!...!...!

              AGAIN 3rd time I submit my document, after 4-5 days service was started...
              then after 1 month... Again Again AND again... the service was stopped because of DOCUMENT...!...!...!

              Now I 4th ( FORTH TIME...!!!...!!!) submit my document on last thursday till the service have nor started...!!!...!!!

              What can I say about the thefts in Reliance? I have faced a lot on this. The latest being this:
              My number is: [protected]. On[protected], Rs 10 was deducted from my balance. When I lodged a complaint, they told me that I downloaded a java game from R-WORLD at 1:25 pm. The strange thing is my mobile was lying inside a almirah at that time. So only ghosts can do it. The customer care guy gave me a complaint number.The next day, another Rs 10 were deducted. When I called again next day[protected], the customer care guy said it was charged wrongly and I will be refunded the Rs 10(not Rs 20) deducted on[protected] and I will get the refund in 6 hours. I never got that refund. So I called customer care again after 6 hours, their reply was they will not refund it saying that you have downloaded java games and they don't care even if I stop using their service and switch to other operator. I will surely switch to other operator to stop my ife becoming hell just talking to their customer care guys.

              Reliance Prepaid — Deduction in balance amount

              I would like to inform you that myself Dilip Bhattacharyya i am using Reliance prepaid connection but in 3/07/2011 i am recharge my reliance sim for Rs.50/- and i rec. balance for Rs.41/- and next day i checked my balance and show my balance is Rs 4/- and i am call to customer care for regarding this but everytime the response is "we cant help you, our systems are down".
              I have recharged previosly also, but everytime balance is deducted.

              So please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible

When I informed this to to reliance customer care, they always tell me about some services that are being activated on my account without any information moreover their attitude towards the problem is not helpful, kindly look into this matter and revert on the same.

              With due respect want to state my complaint with hope that i will get the resolution after writing in Consumer Complaints.
              My name is Faisal Rashid, I am a user of Reliance Prepaid Connection,, i am using Reliance since 3 years now and i always use the unlimited pack of Rs. 599.00 as i have use of making lot of STD calls on Reliance Numbers because my friends and family not resides in Delhi, This time also on 3rd of Dec i made the recharge of Rs 599.00, however when i am trying to call on STD numbers my balance gets deduct, i called Reliance customer care 198 service in order to lodge a complaint, i spoke with the agent, he was not of great help and told me that there is amendment in plan as plan price has changed to Rs 799.00, i told him that i never received any update from any department regarding these changes , so help to sought this matter i want my STD calls free for at least this month , thereafter from next month as you told me i would recharge it for 799,he said i can not help you in this matter, I asked for supervisor, i spoke with Sapna, and got the worst experience of customer service, she told me the same story and she was monotonous like IVR machine, there was no will to help attitude, i have no personal grudges with anybody i am loyal customer of Reliance since so many years now and in Uttar Pradesh my family and friends also uses Reliance, i have paid for the services , Nobody bothered to inform the customers, then why the hell customer would face this problem, i have paid 599 specifically for FREE STD calls to reliance and if i will not get that it would be a cheating with Customers and there would be a bad impression on our society because we earn money with lot of hard work and we spend it on our need, we do not have money to waste. I just want a fair resolution that for this month i need my same plan because no body bothered to inform me, these people can call for various reason, for various promotion for sales of postpaid connection, then why they can not informed about this change in plan. I have state the clear picture, now it is my request and i have faith that i will get justice.

                What I have learnt from recent experiences with the Reliance Communication is that 'The whole of Arunachal Pradesh' is missing from the map of this company though it has planted a few towers and
                started GSM services there.Call anytime from any reliance hanset to [protected](just one number amongst lakhs) and it will say "the area code you have entered does not exist."
                My number is [protected](kgp) and any officer, if at all they read this complaint and has the conscience of solving the trouble, can call me here.
                To add to problems, the company, though potentially the best, has retarded its growth by not
                evaluating the works of its GMs(General managers) and SMs(sales managers).
                To evaluate the works of its employees and analysing to solve the problems of public is what should
                be the goal of any company.And Reliance Communication which has so much respect owing to its
                Godly founder Respected Late Dhirubhai Ambani, is being careless about the feelings of public and is
                performing unsatisfactorily.What I know is that this company is in its way to loosing the
                beautiful soul of the founder.
                I complain about the wrong tendency of the company to accept defeat to airtel every now and then.
                I complain about the corrupted officers in the company who do not deserve to be in positions they are in.

                I hope this complaint goes to the ears of the head of the company.The Reliance Communication should stop its step motherly behaviour towards the north-east India like the government of India does.

                  I have applied for 225 number 'Reliance Power Shares' vide Bid application form no. 8/6927393 along with a cheque no 189945 dated 17.01.2008 for Rs 25875/-.On enquiry from the bank, it has been confirmed that the amount has been debited in my A/C.

                  So far I have not received any communicationfrom your office. Neither the allotment of shares have been received in my D.P. A/C no IN301330/ maintained with Stock Exchange of India, Jabalpur, nor I have received thr refund order from your office.

                    sir, I was a customer of reliance wireless phone. An amount of Rs.1000/- was deposited at the time of connection. The connection was disconnected on my request on[protected] with the promise of refund of the deposited amount within three months period. Now it is end of may 2008, but I have neither received any refund till date nor any information regarding the same. On making enquiry at the local branch of reliance communication, I get only one answer that it is under process, and contact later. I have deposited the phone instrument, charger ane battery at the time of disconnection. And I have no dues. Please look into the matter and manage for the refund. thanks.

                    Reliance Communications — Charging after disconnection

                    I disconnected my broadband connection in September 08 and paid all bills till 10th October 08. They took the equipment in September 08. They keep charging me and sending bills even after disconnection. I have bills for Nov, Dec 08 and Jan 09. I have been telling the Call Center agents that it has been disconnected but they do not listen. There is no responsible person at the company to talk to. Only contact information that is there is that of call center who does not help at all. My request to them to give me the Customer Service Manager's name and contact information is just refused by the Call Center. But they keep calling me regularly to follow-up on payments. They do not have concept of customer service and do not listen to customers. Emails sent to customer service are just not responded while the bills continued to be sent to me month after month.

                    If anyone here could help me with the information about the person at the company who resolves such issues, it would be much appreciated.

                      Very Poor service by the company
                      I am a new customer with Reliance Broadnet and I have already applied for a disconnection. i signed up with Reliance Broadnet when one of their salesman came to my house and convinced me for taking up reliance as my ISp. Since I was using a MTNL night unlimited connection, he convinced me to go for full unlimited plan with 75kbps speed and said that installation would be completed within a week. Since they were providing connections through optical fibre, I assumed it should be reliable service. But, I didn't knew that my ordeal had just started.
                      First it took a complete month for them to setup my internet connection. The technical people who were constantly coming into my house didn't knew a thing about broadband. They seemed like they were trainees who were sent out to experiment on our lines. And to my dismay, ultimately, after 1 month, it was found that the modem they had sent was faulty. So on 21st April my services started.
                      After 21st the service was on/off for a week, as for 2 different days I didn't had any internet or phone line. And eventually after a week the phone went down completely and has never came back since. I kept on calling there cust service each and every day and the issue was escalated everyday but nothing was done. I even mailed there Delhi Head. There techies did come to my house 3 times but to no avail. And the irony is that each and every person from reliance who visited my place blames reliance for poor service not understanding that they were part of the same company. So for the 25 days I have been with Reliance, I have just got the service for 2 or 3 days and now have applied for termination.
                      To end this, I would advise each and every person who reads this that never go for reliance for broadband.
                      I have reliance mobile with Netconnect Plan SWIFT 30 since 2006. I'm from Bengaluru. When i first got the net connection, service was very good i.e. a person from the webworld came home and gave connection to my desktop. But, when i got a laptop and went myself to the webworld for installation of netconnection to the webworld in 2007, in Rajkumar Road, the response was very bad and they did not do it and i got it done in a Cybercafe. Then, once in Chickamagaluru in 2008 because of some problem in laptop, i had to reformat it. So, when i went to webworld there they did not instal the netconnection. Now recenlty, today as my desktop was reformated due to some software problem, i myself carried my CPU to the Malleswaram Webword in Bengaluru, where a person took 3 hrs to instal the netconnection but it was not done completely. He said "server down". Then when i called customer care, the response is very bad. Finally, i got it installed after calling customer care 5 times. If this is the service you provide for somebody who has not defaulted once in 3 years of your mobile connection, i cannot understand where i should go for installation for netconnection. Just because your's a big company or something, you give such bad service and way they respond to our problems in your customer care and webworld, it appears as if i'm begging for your services and your giving all this services for free. Remember, your company is not ruling our country and your boss is not a dictator although, he might be a billionare. If your company continues to give the same service, i can always go to another service provider but why the hell i'm paying bills all these days without failure.

                        Reliance Communications LTD. — Default switching of plan from pre-paid to post paid and sending two bills in spite of disconnecting from service

                        I had purchased a Reliance Data card (Account no. [protected], RIM No. [protected]) for internet facility a year back. The plan I purchased was a pre-purchase plan, where 8999 Rs. were charged at the beginning for a 9 month internet facility. Despite the promised 125kbps, I never received more than 10kbps speed, the signal strength where I stayed was pathetic and kept waxing and waning with connection getting dropped. I called up customer care several times but there was no improvement, just assurances. After 8 months of torturously slow internet, I finally decided to move on to fixed broadband line and subscribed to Reliance Broadband. I stopped using the data card and as was explained by the executive at the Reliance Web Store that the 9 month duration would expire in a month. But I got one more bill after nine months and was asked to pay more than 999, i.e. approx 1100. I was surprised and called up customer care. To my surprise the executive on the call informed me that Reliance has on its own consent, transferred my plan to a default plan available with them. They did not even bother to make a single call in this regard to me, whereas they can do hundred advertising related calls in a month. I was completing disgusted and asked the executive to cancel the connection immediately. The executive assured me that the connection will henceforth be cancelled and I don’t need to need to worry about anything (and I confirmed this statement with her twice). After a month I received another bill for 1058, something, while my data card while lying in the dustbin. I was furious, but due to my marriage preparations did not get time to attend to this stupid issue. We hold 4 Reliance connections since 4-5 years and have never defaulted on any payment. It’s not about the 2158 that I am asked to cough up for no reason, but it is about consumers rights being violated, by changing their plans abruptly to anything Reliance wants and that too on a plan which was supposed to be valid only for 9 months. We plan to disconnect all of the connections we hold with Reliance. I get innumerable calls and the executives are really harassing. I urgently request your team to look into this matter as the harassment is getting on my nerves.

                            I send an email on 10/05/2008 in this response Karvy Computer Share Pvt Ltd. has given an information through email that my refund order has been dispatched through registered post to my address on 29/03/08 vide cover no 2384207.
                            but the same has not been received so far. However, it has been searched so many times in concerned post office.

                            I saw the status of my application on Karvy's site, as earlier the site was so slow it use to time out. I see that I have been alloted 17 share, but I have not received my refund of Rs. 89440/-. I have already launched a complain with Karvy few days back, till date no reply. Sent a mail to reliancepower.[protected]@karvy.com. Today also launched the complain on their site, they issue the grievance no on registering the complain on the site. They claim they will revert back in 24Hrs, surprising thing is on grievance status page ask you select the company name and grievance no; but the Reliance Power Ltd is not there in the list.
                            Looks like is big organized blunder jointly done by Anil Ambani and Karvy to just keep the money of investor for longer time to earn interest the same.
                            When I search on the net, can see that I am not the only one who is suffering. It is high time that SEBI must take some action against the Karvy and Reliance.

                            I would like to bring your kind notice that I have applied for 150 share of Reliance Power Ltd unforanately I have not alloted any share or refund amount till date. And N-number of time I have call at Karvy Office & Mail but they are not giving satisfy reply.

                            Refund amount not received because my saving account number was mentioned wrong in my DP (Globe Share Capital Ltd), when I came to know this error I have corrected the same and send a courier & mail to Karvy office for refund my amount but still I have not recevied any amount.

                                  RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE — Connectivity Problem

                                  I have two connection of Reliance Smart GSM mobile, I complained a week before this entry, to customer care exicutive ( Complain No was 95016366 as per Customer care) that I am unable to connect one IDEA mobile no. from my two mobiles. Call is comming from that no. but not connecting by my both mobiles.They told me daily that problem was solved soon but problem still remains.I am regularly calling that no. from outside.

                                    I have a reliance prepaid mobile number [protected]. I had some balance left on 02 May 08. I thought of converting the phone to free lifetime incoming and hence made a payment of Rs 199 through internet banking to reliance. After that I got to know of a scheme o[censored]nlimited calls to all reliance mobile anywhere in india at Rs 496 per month. So i made another payment of Rs 496 through internet baanking to Reliance. Thereafter to top up I made another payment of Rs 201 through same channel.I got two sms confirming the same on my mobile from reliance on 03rd May 08. To my horror came to know on 05th may 08 that all my balance has disappeared and I am not able to make any call to any phone including reliance mobile numbers which are supposed to be free. I contacted reliance cutomer care and they always put me on hold for 30 mins and then say system is slow/ under upgradation/system is down and havent solved it till now. Today they said Its because I made 496 payment before converting it life time free incoming hence that balance as been forfeited. I checked my banking transactions and found that i made lifetime free incoming payment before. I have kept a copy of the bank statement and saved all sms recieved on the issue from reliance. I had to go out station for a period of a week and I had a terrible time because of this. What should I do to sue reliance on the issue. They have eaten up 900 rs of mine and only troubled me further. Earlier i had closed a connection of landline and my refund of Rs 1400 or so has still not reached me.

                                    Reliance Prepaid Mobile — Fraud

                                    I AM VERY VERY DISAAPOINTED AND UNHAPPY WITH THE RELIANCE AS THE SYSTEM ITSELF IS SUCH THAT NOBODY SEEMS TO BE BOTHERED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER GRIVENACE AND U PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN ME FOR A RIDE AND MADE BE A SCAPEGOAT HAVING BEEN WITH RELIANCE AND MAKING THE REACHARG ON TIME, my problem is still unsolved, every person who speaks does not accept the previous executive discussion.

                                    Two days back I recharged my account with Rs496 plan. But condition was totally hidden that if you recharge with any validity card you will be lost this top up plan. Today I recharged my mobile with Rs 199 plan for life time validity. But I found that I am not able to dial any Reliance number and then I called customer care but they were not ready to listen. Then I again made recharge Rs 496 plan. This plan has been updated on my account but I am not able to dial any number. When I start to call, call center every time they told me that because of system upgradation we are not able to log your complain. Pls call me after one to two hour. But every time I listen different -2 excuse. Now the pathetic equation has been created and phone is still as it is. I really got irritate & I am looking consumer court about the hidden things. You are giving 30 days validity on 496 plan, In my first recharge you given me two days and second recharge you didn’t provide services so far. Than how many days I will be avail this plan’s service. This is the fraud with me.
                                    My case is also exactly the same. 3 days ago, i went ahead with Rs 496 Recharge for free reliance to reliance. Today, I have extended my validity to lifetime by paying anothe Rs 199. I was never told that Rs 199 overrides Rs 496 plan. It means that, I could not use Rs 496 plan even for 3 full days. In the whole scenario, My mistake is to become lifetime loyal by means of paying Rs 199. Mr Ambani Saab - Kindly look into it please. Aisa nahin chalega !!!

But condition was totally hidden that if you recharge with any validity card you will be lost this top up plan. after that I recharged my mobile with Rs 80 for getting talk value. But I found that I am not able to dial any Reliance number 10 paise per minute and i am geting only 4-76 paise against Rs 80. Than how i know this is stv or talk tiem voucher. this type of fraud being two times with me. Now i wrtie for the complain and stop the fraud.And make a clear line if a plan was run then not applied seconed.

                                    which wasactually rs. 2331-02 on date 20-11-08 around 11.40 pm. i won-
                                    der what happened to the missing amount of rs. 30 when i had not made
                                    any calls nor sent any sms nor subscribed for any caller tunesfrom
                                    my number. as a mature, well educated person i am well aware of your
                                    antics through which you deduct this sort of amount from many numbers
                                    i.e. smart gsm subscribers. i find this act of yours as well-intended
                                    ploy to earn money unscrupulously from unsuspecting consumers .
                                    As a law-abiding indian citizen i am well- aware of my rights . unless
                                    my missing amount of rs. 30 is immediately returned to my account, you
                                    will leave me with no optioons but to seek redressal from competent
                                    authorities.
                                    Further, please do not call my number anymore for advertising or for
                                    similar intentions / activities .

                                    I am using Reliance mobile cell for last one year, to my surprised the relaince as started a new trick to fool the consumers they automatically installed the ring tone without my consent and charged Rupees 30 for which i never expected.I called up the relaince care and they where uncaring too.
                                    I advice all the people beware of this service provider especially Reliance.

                                    Reliance is a fraud company. I have a plan of 500 min every month reliance to reliance free.

                                    Every month the reliace phone stop working at 310 min or 320 min. This month I kept a close I, I noted down my number's and totol the minutes.

                                    I asked the call center and the call details they have provided are not correct. It is not maching with the
                                    dialled number information of the reliance phone. This is today's information, Hence I remember also how many call's I have made.

                                    'The Fraud company Reliance' has shown in the today's bill that I have called 5 times but I called 2 times only.

                                    How can I complaint against them and get justice.

                                      I AM USING RELIANCE MOBILE HAVING NO [protected] FROM LAST THREE YEARS. THREE MONTHS AGO I FACED BILL PROBLEM I VISITED SO MANY TIMES AT RELIANCE STORES BUT I DID NOT GET ANY SOLUTION . THEN SEND MAIL AT CUSTOMER CARE AROUND TWO MONTHS AGO... EVRYTME THEY ARE REPLING ..." YOUR ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 4 DAYS" BUT I DONT KNOW THAT 4 DAYS.

FIVE MONTHS AGO I FACED SOME VAS PACKS ACTIVATED .WE CONTACT TALK TO CUSTMER CARE REGARDING THIS UNWANTED PACKS DEACTIVATE IN MY SERVICE. BUT PLROBELM NOT SALOVED.
