[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Problem In GPRS & MMS Service | |||
Dear Reliance Team, This is to inform you that I am a user of your Reliance GSM connection having no. [protected], I am facing some issues in their services. For the same I have contacted with their customer care so many times and every time got the assurance that my problem will resolve next 2 working days, but sorry to say it has not happened as per commitment. Following are the service request number provided to me: SR No.[protected] SR No.[protected] Every time I got the service reply with following wordings: "Dear Customer your SR No. has been processed. Thank you for being with reliance." These were the revert without the solution of complaints. I am not able to send and receive MMS through my mobile and also not able to use GPRS services. Every time I am getting revert that I have to go in R world menu and click to get setting, But while trying to do so getting following error: "Connection error to content provider" Just wanted to know where the problem is and why their team is not capable to resolve this problem. Last time when I had visited to Reliance web world I came to know that my handset which is Nokia 2690 is not capable for MMS but sorry to say I am using two Reliance GSM nos. with same model one is Postpaid and second one is Pre-paid and I am able to send the MMS with my prepaid connection but not able to send with my Postpaid no. How their team can say that my handset is not having MMS features while it is having. I will again request to their team kindly look into the issue carefully and resolve my GPRS and MMS problem on priority basis. I am holding a reliance post paid mobile connection and Reliance suddenly changed the plan and no one informed me about this plan change. So my bill increases and they barred my outgoing services. And when I paid my all dues and after that they commit that my services would start within 3 hours when I paid the bill. And after paying my bill my services not started till 9 hours. For 3 hours commitment 4 people given me WRONG INFORMATION: 1) PANKAJ, 2) ARIF, 3) SUHAS & 4) SANGEETA PAWAR (Senior of SUHAS). All given me WRONG COMMITMENT. I WANT ANSWER WHY I HAVE BEEN GIVEN WRONG COMMITMENT.

Reliance Mobile — GPRS not working
I had recharged my mobile with an amount of 303/- on 20th august 2009 for using GPRS service of this company.But was unable to access the gprs. So I lodged a complain on 20 august 2009 and recieved a conformation message bearing complain number[protected]. I was told that my complain will be addressed within 48 hours. But since then I have been calling their customer care daily and hearing the same answer that it is in the solving mode. On 7th september 2009 I again lodged a complain and got a complain number[protected] and again told that it will be solved within 48 hours. Till now I have not recieved any communication from Reliance Mobile regarding my complain. Within 30 days My recharge validity will be over and I have already spent more than 20 day waiting.
Please take suitable action.
