[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Excess charges on Bill

Hi, I took the Reliance communication Net connect ( Internet services), i requested for a Rs.250 plan as my usage was very less, in the first month , they send me the bill of Rs.800 which i paid as i thought it could contain the installation charges also but next month again they send me the Bill of approx. Rs.800 in the month of August'2012. Then i called up their customer service number #[protected] to inform that they are charging me excess amount due to wrong plan selected by their employee but no help, they took my compliant but never assisted me to resolve that. From Aug'12 onwards they have been harassing me with so many calls, taking in bad language.

Please advice how i should take this forward.
