RIM — belence cut gaya hai

aaj date[protected] ko apne aap hi 4:18 pm par mere acount belence se 20 ru. cut gaye hain. aur apne aap hi FMIndial pack activate ho gaya hai. plz FMIndial pack ko deactivate kijiye aur mere 20 ru. lautane ki kripa karein.
WIth out my knowlodge my amount of Rs.20/- has deducted from prepaid balance. I have even not selected any choice or even does not entered into the R.World services. Unexpectedly the amount has deducted and i did not enjoyed that offer. Please refill my amount back to my phone number [protected].

first i recharge Rs-39/- sms pack, recharge sucessfully, one other recharge sms pack Rs 19/-,this pack activated from mobile company, i dont no how's this possible, then i call customers care no reasponse given me, Rs-19/- pack vallidity 15 days & Rs-39/- pack vallidity 1 month. both service activated same day . end 19 rs service pack naturally end 15 days , but Rs-39/- service pack deactivated same day

one pack -39 (valdity 30 days ) service provided 15 days
2nd pack -19( activated from company)

      I am Md Arbaz Alam
      I recharged my mobile(Smart) with 99rs for 2gb internet for 1 month. But they didn't gave me the balance and when I contacted to customer care, they said they given me the benefit of 100mb for the previous (first) recharge of 56rs and they will not give me the benefit of 99rs recharge and can not return my money also.
      I want my money back.
      What should I do now?
      Please help me!

        This Is Hrishi Singh from Dadra i am using Reliance mobile no [protected] since from December-2012 and after that i have activated 59 STD pack for that number and after that no problem up to the 10.01.2013 but on 10.01.2013 my balance was deducted of Rs 28.00 from My account so i have contacted to reliance customer care and registered a complain on this and customer care representative told that the amount is wrongly deducted from account and amount Rs 28.00 will refunded with in 24hrs and provided me the complaint number also the complaint no is[protected] but still that amount is not credited my account. and again i have recharge with Rs 59.00 on 10.01.2013 For Std Pack and Rs 110.00 for full talk time offer after that i have use some Rs 20.00 for calling.But today morning date 12.01.2013 i have got a message from your end that Rs 59.00 is deducted for VAS charge after that i have contacted to your customer care representative he is not answered in a proper way and he saying that kind amount is not deducted from your account If deducted also not possible to refund its too cheating from reliance.So pleas Resolve this issue ASAP

          Hi, I am a very frustrated customer of Reliance Communications. I am sorry to say company is cheating with its customer.

          My concern is I have recharged my mobile no. [protected] for Rs. 120/- on 08/04/2014, I have got Rs. 120/- as an talk time from which i have hardly used Rs. 30/- and all my balance has been deducted without any reason.

          When I called on customer care then got various response from customer care executive.

          1. Rahul (As I can see you have not recharged for Rs. 120/-) according to him I m lier.
          2. Rahul transferred my call to his senior Rinku Singh, he has disconnected my call.
          3. I called again and spoke to your customer care executive, he took sometime for checking my details and said pls call after sometime, as system is not responding.

          When i asked him to take my complain or arrange a call back, he straight away said it is not possible you call after sometime

          I am very frustrated, you let me know how many times do i need to call customer care for getting my money back which has been debited from my account without any reason.

          Pls refund my amount ASAP.

          i am using reliance gsm number from 3 months and from past 15 days i am facing problem with reliance number.
          When ever i recharge my number within few hours it will become zero and i should have to recharge again to make calls.upto now i have recharged 200 and not even made 30 calls but now balance is Zero.If i call customer care they will say your details are not updated and call later i have done many times and nothing done.It is just a time waste customer care and i don't know why they are running this waste customer care.If they cant provide proper response they can stop there services.My contact no:[protected]

            Dear sir,
            I had activated sms pack39 in December 2012 on my reliance gsm number [protected]. I did not know it would get renewed so i activated it again in January 2013. Now the first pack gets renewed and money is deducted from my account every week. I sent deact pack39 to 53739 but i just got a reply no default configured.
            Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter and deactivate the first pack.

            Deactivation of sms pack 26

            I got sms 'Dear customer. Your Monthly Sms pack of Rs26 is due for renewal. To deactivate send sms deact pack26 to 53739. Reliance'

            Now when i send 'deact pack26' to 53739, i get no default configured.
            I wanted to deact the pack but bcoz of this error, i was unable to deact the service.
            I want d refund of 26 as its company's cheap practices dat they are not telling proper deact procedures.

                I am using two reliance wireless landlines for approx. last 3.5 years and now it becomes difficult to continue using services because handsets not working. Nether reliance exchanging those instruments nor manufaturer, there replies are like co. have stopped manu. , we do not have stock, and we can not do any thing .
                Moreover i had mailed my complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com from where i didnt get reply.
                my landline are prepaid so whenver i call on any of helpline no. they disconnect or put my call on long hold saying that it's not there dept.

                telephone are just not telephone in some business it become asset of co.

                Dear Sir,

                I have purchased data card from Reliance web world Ghatkopar East showroom. Allotted no. was [protected]. Since the date of purchase the data card was not working. I have repeatedly complaint the customer care and shown to web world person from which i had purchased the date card. I was told that I should use the data card for 2 months as it is free for 2 months. But next month I had received a bill of Rs.601, I was socked receiving the bill as promised by the employee of reliance web world. I request you to kindly advice me to go to the consumer court as this is totally deficiency in service.

                  So Yesterday I have called to Reliance customer care for query why they are doing such kind of thing, they confirmed we have received request from your end by dialing from your side but I am doing. I am requested him to please give me the prove if I am doing. So requesting you to take action on it.

                  Because I am not given any request to Reliance. If Reliance have any prove they have to provide if & I am sure they not able to give prove.

                  So take necessary action on it.I am ready to withdraw service from Relinace.If he doing again & again.

                  Reliance — poor poor customer service and activation of value added service

                  Hi,

                  I am sending this email on behalf of my mom and the phone number is [protected].

                  On the above mentioned phone number value added services have been added without our authorization. when we tried to contact the customer service on *333 the representative was very rude and he kept on interrupting when i was talking to him, finally the call was disconnected while i was talking.Name of the representative was Naveen.

                  I called for the second time and spoke to a representative by name Mohammed who failed to address my issue and he refused to transfer the call to a supervisor and also to give his full name.

                  Again i called for the third time no sign of assistance only a disappointment. This time the name of the representative was Abdul.

                  My only request is to put the phone number mentioned above to a 'do not call list' so that we don't receive any marketing calls and cancel all the value added services which have been activated without our knowledge.

                  Reliance Communications/Prepaid Mobile connection — Value aded services

                  I have a reliance prepaid gsm conection. Value aded service 'News Pack' activated on my number '[protected]' without my request 3-4 months before. When I talk to customer care they said that request send by you. I deactivated that service. Now on 10.02.2010 a VAS, I don't know which is that, activated and value for that deducted. When I talk to customer care they replied in same manner.

                    I've a reliance gsm sim which is only used for internet purpose, but reliance deduct rs.35 from my account and i receive a msg that VAS CRBT SERVICE IS ACTIVATED on your number but i have'nt sand any msg. I call to customer care and tell the story, he gave my balance back but only 20 rs, so i call back to customer care but this time he said that you have send a msg to us for caller tune i tell him that i have'nt use this sim for calling but he talk so roughly and disconnect my call without without solving my problem....please help me....

                    I am Gaurav Sharma and i am using Reliance Gsm mobile no. [protected] and they less mt balance by Rs.50 two times without any reason... and when i try the customer care no. they said our server is not working u will call after some time and today they said this no. is temoparly out of services.. i am very angry by this kind of srvices from a biggest company of this country.

But from 7th of February 2011, I am not being able to send any sms and whatever I am sending, I am being charged for that.                     i want to complain about your service....you deducted my balance continously for two days on 6th and 5th feb 2011....and i am facing this problem for the last one month....every time on last day of week i.e i have to pay 10 rupees without any reason....and i am regularly complainnig about this to your customer service but your agent only say ...sorry to me and told me that...this is right deduction...i am so much frustrated that i will not or i think i will never suggest anybody to choose your network in the future or now on.....i decided to go for consumer court for complainng about it....still now i am facing the same problem...and coming days i will choose another network and i will not allow to choose ur network to any body

                    how u said that when mobile is switch off and any subsciption pack is automatically activated by my side, i think that any GHOST is in my mobile,i also think that GHOST services is automatically activated in my SIM,So plz anybody can't purchase RELIANCE SIM due to begarness of RELIANCE company,it totally fraud company.
                    I think that Reliance was cheated his customer,i personally think that all u r going to other Service provider urgently.

                    My mbl no. is [protected]. on 26 Mar 11 a cricket mania pack activated in my mbl no. automatically and my balance was deducted of Rs49. I tried to contact to various customer care numbers 1909,198, [protected] & *333 but could not get any type of response. I got recharged my mbl no. of Rs 150 on 28 Apr11 again and after 24 hours they deducted the balance of Rs 50. I m making contact to customer care for assistance but I m not getting any type of responsibility from the company to the victim customer.
                    please Return my deducted balance immediately otherwise I will use mobile number portability service and change my company.

                    i am using reliance number([protected]). yesterday(07.07.2011) my prepaid mobile balance is Rs.102 but while seeing by today morning balance is Rs.43. i don't know forwhat which is dedcucted from my account.i didn't activated anny services also.Please clarify forwhat which is deducted.

                      Hi,
                      On Friday(4 Jan, 2013), my balance was 111. But on Saturday night it became 101. I remember I made a phone call which costed me Rs. 5. SO ideally the balance should have been Rs. 106. I dont know how my balance went down. Even yesterday(10 jan), Rs. 10 was deducted from my main balance.

                      When I called the customer care on 7th jan, the exective disconnected my phone saying their service was correctly down and asked me to contact later.

                      On Wednesday(9th jan), the customer care executive told me that there was some flaw with the server on Sat due to which my money was deducted. He said that he had filed a refund request and that he would send out to me the tracking id. But after the call was disconnected, I neither received the tracking id(which I re-confirmed with the executive that he would send me) nor did I received the feedback enquiry!!

                      On Thursday(10th Jan), the executive told me that he could see only 3 days of data. On repeated urging, he told me that on Saturday(dont know the exact time) your balance was 101. Dats it?

                      This is not the first time I am facing such a issue. Earlier my Rs. 59 recharge was deemed void and Rs. 39 pack was reactivated saying that it was auto-renewal pack. I didnot file a complaint thinking it was some system design problem.

                      What sort of systems do you make make? Don't I have the right to know how where does my money disappear? And your customer care executives are just annoying. Instead of information, all they say is "Sorry, system problem"!!

                        My name is Ravi teja retailer in Golconda X Roads establised 30 yrs ago.
                        Fours months back my demo sim had a problem "Sim registration failed". The sales person got me a new sim, 10 days after submitting documents.
                        during this duration my demo balance is reduced by Rs.1400/-
                        Even after giving the written complaint and regular follow up with sales manager, distributor i dint get any response.
                        Inturn they are not turning up to shop.
                        Could any one help me how can i proceed on this

                          I have been using netconnect + since last 1.5 years. After being such a long customer still they are fooling me. My data card number is : [protected] . Now I have been complaing about low speed since last 10 days. The customer care always takes my complain and after 8 hrs, I receive an sms stating your complain has been resolved but nothing changes in my usage.

                          While purchasing the device they had promised me that you will get the speed up to 3.1 mbps but my speed never goes above 200 kbps.
                          They even made me change my device by telling me that my device has a problem. So I purchased a new device but still the same problem. Now they are telling me that the problem is in your locality but my friend who uses the same device gets a good speed, then why not me.

                          Reliance has been very irresponsible in the means of have a good reputation with net connect + because many people have a lot of complaints but they never solve the issue.

                          They made me purchase a new device in spite of me having a working device which costed me 1200/- Inr

                          reliance is fooling the people by telling people that you will get speeds upto 3.1 mbps but you never get the speed above 200 kbps then why should we pay such a big amount every month.

                          My plan is a high speed plan.

                          Reliance Netconnect — worst internet connection

                          i purchased reliance netconnect usb modem for 2500 rps and i was assured a speed o[censored]pto 153.6kbps but i recieve speed less than 10kbps,and to download a data of 1mb it takes nearly an hour,i believe bsnl dial up which gives speed 56 kbps is far more better than this, shame on reliance..
                          I recently bought a reliance netconnecand CDMA 1x broadband (usb) modem, their service is very poor, and technical support software download etc., , also very poor, better to buy BSNL, it is worthful and no complient...

                            he replied simply its not my duty to give receipt and the activation of the datacard.....

                            i asked him four times from evening to night and finally he not activated but received a receipt with difference amount 100 rs....

                            Reliance Data Card — CHEATING ON BILL PLAN

                            Hello,

                            I took Reliance data card connection from their official webiste ( http://reliance-datacard.com/reliance/broadband.jsp) as claimed by them. I was told at the time of the connection that I would get two months free and then I will be put in prepaid plan.

                            In the month of april, i.e. after 20 days, I got my first bill stating the amount. Which later Reliance had waived as they found out the real plan ( i.e. first two month rental free). Although this took almost 10 days of effort from my side and empteen number of email were exchanged.

                            In the last, i got the call and I was assured that now I have been put in to the right plan. Which I had assumed that it would be done.

                            Again in next very month, i was sent bill again for another month and this time almost 15 days of effort, I still have not got any result.

                            Now I had requested to stop my services as I can not spend this much of time. It would have been much easier for me, to have without the convenience of internet rather then burning my blood on this uncalled for activity.

                            Reliance Cheating in Bill — Reliance Data Card - Cheating in BIll

                            I had purchased the Reliance Data card in Feb 2009. They gave me an offer for 2 months free, after which i need to select a plan if not by default it goes to Rs 650 plan. I called up the Reliance customer care before 10 day of my free plan expires and they said it is updated to Rs 450 Plan. But i checked the May 2009 bill it was reflected as Rs 650 Plan. When i had asked they said you need to give in writting instead of calling to customer care. Then i gave in writing to convert to Rs 450 Plan. Again in the month of June bill i got the for Rs 650 Plan, When i asked, they said it will reflect in July 2009. Now again in this month i got a bill of Rs 650 plan. When i asked they said it is not updated to Rs 450 Plan. When i asked to give the Manager name and phone, the concern person is not giving it.

                            I am totally tired with Reliance. Hence i want Reliance to refund the amount of my Data Card i.e Rs 2880.

                            Please help me in contacting the correct person

                                Reliance Broadband - another name for the worst ever BROADBAND Services in the World, with the Worst Customer Care.

                                my reliance broadband user id is[protected], and have been completely shut-off the broadband services since last 7-8 days.
                                The reason the customer support says is, cable has been snapped. And it has not been repaired since days now. And still the customer support says it will be restored within 1-2 days because they say that they dont have the permission to re-connect the cable.

                                I mean what kind of a reason is this?
                                No permission to Re-Connect their own cable?????

                                I am fed up of making complaints at their customer service cell. but I am never satisfied with the reasons for non-working of connections they give.

                                But this is limit!!!
                                No Broadband for days and still they are calling me saying your monthly bill has been generated ans should we send some one to collect it?
                                And when asked about when would my connection work, they say you need to regiter complaint for that and we dont deal in this matter.

                                      I activated Rs 16 plan for whatsapp and rs 16 got deducted and when i am trying to connect to whatsapp it says connection error and i am unable to connect to any site i have got balance and other network sim is working fine so its definitely not my mobile's problem.                                       I've activated rs. 16 pack for unlimited whatsapp a couple of times, but whenever i use whatsapp i'm charged as per the normal data rates.
                                      I also called up the reliance customer care hoping they would come up with some solution but the only answer that they have is "we don't have any details about whatsapp". They don't even look into the problem seriously.
                                      My balance is deducted every month but i'm not even able to use their service.
                                      Kindly help me out.(+91-[protected])
