[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — WRONG DEDUCTION

I, Yadav Avdhesh Siyaram, subscriber of Reliance GSM[protected], lodging complaint regarding poor services.
The said no. has plan of 3 minutes in Re. 1.00/-.
On 13th May 2011, I had refillied the my account with Rs. 55/- top up and I’d recieved the msg from reliance “YOUR ACCOUNT HAS RECH WITH RS. 47.86 CORE TT PLS PAY RS. 55.00″ at 11.13 mins.
and till yesterday (5th june, 2011) i never called any no. After calling the no. [protected], call time 21.06 mins. call amt deducted Rs. 8.00, which is valid and accepted.
After that i recieved a msg containing that my current balance is Rs. 7.00, as per my calculation my remaining balance should be Rs. 39.86 (47.86 – 8.00).
When i spoken to Mr. Raju, Reliance customer care on 198, he was saying that server not showing the details pls call after half n hour.
Again I spoken to Miss. Jyoti, reliance Customer Care, she was saying that the top up is not available on GSM, and the server not showing the details. My point is that, when the said top up is not applicable on GSM then how I recieved a msg from Reliance for 47.86 core tt. & as there is no balance in my account and i called the above no. and remaining balance is 7.00/-, when i told to lodge my request and provide me request i.d. she deneyed and told she provide right information, when what about my balance amount.
Again at the night, i spoken to Mr. Mayur, he was saying that details are not available on the system and call after some time.
Today morning at 11.00, I spoken to Srinivas, he was also saying that details are not available at system call after some time.
How many time, i call to such system provider as it is not feasible for me and make so much of stress.

So provide the proper guidance to me and see the matter in good faith and also guide me as i file the legai suit against the Reliance for harassment.

Sir,
I think i had done a great mistake by choosing your reliance GSM mobile number.

on 31st mar i was recharged my number for 300 rs after that i had request for unlimited internet pack 299. Immediately reliance has deducted 299 from my main balance but my internet plan is not changed till now. Still the current plan is in my number is your default plan 50 ps/mb.

first time when i call to your customer case on *333 then they told your plan will activated please wait for some time.
2nd time when i call them floor superviser write a complaint on 31st and give me a complaint number. And he say wait for 48hrs.
3rd time when i call then your customer care people told me "sir APKE ACCOUNT SE JO PAISE KATE GYE HAIN VO THEEK KATE HAIN ISLIYE APKI COMPLAINT RESOLVED HO GYI, HUM ISKE BARE ME KUSH NI KAR SAKTE RELIANCE ME CALL KARNE KE LIYE DHANYABAD"
4th time when i call then i give a fresh complaint at your customer care on 2nd Apr. Then he says wait for 48 hrs.
After 48 hrs on 4th Apr. When i call to customer care then they say there is no such complaint on this number.
5th time when i call i project the problem to the floor supervisor he transfer the call to GPRS center. They told me we are only send settings we cant help you in this matter.
6th time when i call on same day to customer care center then he again write a fresh complaint this time he has given me a complaint number also. And told me to wait for 48hrs.

48+48+48hrs = 6 days

please return my 299 rs back in my account or active my internet pack.

Reliance customer care is simply harasing me.

Please give me the address of any customer care where i can lodge a written complaint.

Now i will give a written application to consumer court also regarding this.
So in future other customer will not face such problems

Dear Sir, I am the prepaid customer of Reliance smart GSM with mobile no. [protected].Today I have received Sms contents of which are noted below
"Your subcription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs. 10.00 for aperiod of 10 days. ""
It is added here for kind information that I had never asked for providing such service.On checking the balance on mobile an amount of Rs.10.00 was found deducted from Balance.This is clearcut cheating by such reputed company.When I tried to get information from customer care i didn't get appropriate response.The service provider co. should refund the amount deducted from my balance amount.Besides this appropriate action should be taken against defaulters.
hiiii i m NIshant mu reliance gsm mobile no. is [protected].i activated a service dreaming girl pac on 8/10/10 and deact this service on 18/10/2010 complaint no. is[protected] But i charged Rs 10 again for this service on 28/10/10. i have done many complints regarding for this but i cant got any solution from your customer care.
On 21/11/10 i done a mssge for sms service {START SMSDD ON 121} & {SMS on 121}
after this mssge i got a mssg that your mobile radio is activated and charged Rs20. again your cutmer care helpless
I[censored] listen my last 20 calls on custmer care thn u will found the truth of custumer care.........

My self Premlata Chauhan I had filled a complaint regarding wrong deduction to my no. [protected] on 20.1.11.and my Ticket no. is [protected]
and request for refund the money for this Reliance executive call us and assured us for refunding money after that I got Rs.10 and talkvalue of Rs. 3.
I want to refund Rs. 1000 not the Rs.10. We are still not able to talk anyone because when we tried the message we got "your balance is insufficient for this call".Please provide me the full detail of my deduction so I can filled the case regarding this or send me the balance of Rs.1000.I am just fed up to register the complaint again and again.
Please do the appropriated step regarding this so we are using this no.last 4 years. We don't want to lose it.

Reliance GSM — Wrong deduction of balance & Worst Customer Service Center

Hi,

I am fed up of this Reliance GSM services, and will be shortly switching to some other service provider. But still i want to make a complain about this as I am paying for the service.

Reliance GSM service has activated some Value Added Packs on my number(don't know by who's permission) and when I enquired on the Customer Care number(first I had to call 4-5 times and each time I was made to hold the call for about an avg of 5-6min), I was told that I had activated the services as shown in there system.

It doesn't end here, on the same call, I was said that the a request has been raised and my problem will be resolved and the balance deduction will not happen again. But Guess what....... They are still charging me with something I had not asked for and a new service has been also activated. So now its a double deduction.

The customer care executives for Relaince GSM Pre-Paid are the DUMBEST/HOPELESS people I have ever spoken in my life and have either NO SOLUTIONS or WRONG SOLUTIONS for our querries.
i didnot subscribe for cricket alerts and they r activated on my mobile without my knowledge. and when i called 198 customer care executive they r not giving any response and when i asked to transfer to senior executive they always say please call after half an hour we will connect but that half an hour never came. they r irrresponsible stupid and .all the ppl there r like that only. i wanted my refund of me. so i tell ppl dont take reliance gsm because if they deduct balance it will never come back. other like airtel and tata docomo they will refund in 24 hrs but reliance is very really poor customer care and they dont lodge a complaint for their mistake too. some people in reliance srikanth, uday, etc they r not at all responding. i want my 30rs balance back. we r also not free to call them any time. we also have work.my no is [protected]
my no.is [protected]..in feb 2011 rs. 30/- deducted automatically. when'll i tried to contact with customer care it's said busy again and again and at last i called 2 customer care through one of frnd's mobile.. and the customer care person said 2 me that u activate news in ur no. but i tried to said i didn't activated any news but he couldn't understand and didn't returned my money to my no.
i m the holding reliance sim more than 4 yrs, i m totally dissatisfied in this kind of service. it's not only my problem, in my hostel those people having reliance gsm sim they also faced same kind of problem; and some time the free night calling is not working.

Reliance Smart GSM — yet not refund wrong deduction

one week before i complained to reliance smart customer care about wrong deduction of my balance which SR NO. is[protected] and they said that your request solve within 2 days & that complaint not solve yet.
and one another things i wanna share that i am very sick off with smart customer care services they never give good response to their customers.

Reliance — wrongly activate the daily cricket pack

Sir,My Smart GSM number is [protected].Daily Cricket pack has activated on my number.I tried customer care since 10 days but i failed every time.
PLS PLS PLS deactivate my cricket pack as soon as possible.

Reliance GSM — Wrong deductions

I am user of Reliance no. [protected]....i had logged a complaint earlier abt wrong call charge deductions, i had recharged with Rs 77 pack to get reduced STD onnet call benefits but i was not getting any....when contacted reliance they said that a FRC i did was wrong whereas it is not mentioned any where in there site about this....and moreover they dnt know any procedure to rectify the problem......when tried to contact customer care i found that my no has been BLOCKED by them after they saw my last complaint........is this d way v consumers r supposed to b treated is there no authority to look after all this.......a disgrace to comman MAN........

This is to inform you that there was a wrong deduction made by the Reliance telecommunication on my Mobile No. [protected] on dated 26th of July 2012. The approx amount was Rs. 154.40. After getting that information from the balance info on my mobile i contacted to reliance customer care, and they were providing me various excuses for that deduction. one of the executive told me that when I have recharged my no. then the retailer was not having the sufficient balance to recharge my no. that’s why company deducted the recharge amount of Rs. 140.00 while another one told me that the deduction was made correctly because i had utilised the GPRS services, for that company charged me Rs. 154.40. But there is fact that i was having 3G data balance on stated no. of 359MB. So how could it was possible to deduct my main balance.
I tried to get proper information regarding the same but they were not giving me proper reason for deduction. I argued on this that while I was having 3G GPRS balance of 359MB so how could it be possible that without using the same data balance and having the validity of 30 days i.e. till 05/08/2012 my main balance should not be deducted then one of the senior executive excused me that she is unable to give the required information that where I had used the 3G GPRS.
So I want my balance back on my no. which was deducted wrongly.
Kindly check my mobile number's information and help me out from this dispute.

this for num [protected]. i had given dnd request 20days back..i have nt made ny chrgeble call from last 2 days.i have net plan...still 250 mb is there..but still 70 rs is deducted.the CSR pradeep and devraj refused to tak complin...no help from customercare

at about 10am on 21 jan 2015 this is happend before with me in same condition on other no. plz revert
my balance from reliance i am very fed up with reliance service. and customer care excutive on 198 decline
to lodge my complation...
