[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — wrong deduction of amount

I recieved an sms on 16/10/10 which states that Rs.30 has been charged for the renewal of Mobile Box Office subscription. But I never subscribed such a pack. I just dont understand what all are happening with your service without the consent and knowledge of the customer. So u credit my money back within no time to be honest and prestegeous to your customer.

I was user of reliance mobile and my no was [protected], i have terminated the No and all services through written request with photo ID proof on 16.07.08 at Andheri (E) reliance communication center and my request no was 72167364and i have already paid my due bill till 20.07.08 within due dates.
Same is communicate through mail to [protected]@relianceada.com on 18.07.08 through my mail ID vikas.[protected]@vedanta.co.in
Now I am converting this postpaid into prepaid but they are showing some amount due in my account. so please do needfull

hi i am binit from made several complaints to reliance customer care but they are able to give proper response.
I reproduced all mail contents from the latest to old below about the wrong deduction of amount from prepaid gsm account...it is very clear that executives working in the field not accepting customer grievences and not acting upon promptly. Informing about nodal officer details also forbidden in mail. How wonderful the system is functioning on the national reputed telecommunicatin network...? I seek the appropriate authorities to take further action and respond to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com

Dear Sir, I want to say one more information thatonly one pack of caller tone was activated on 16th. But now you advise me that "EasMantra" VAS pack service activation has not initiated by Reliance Why this deviation? I want to know when this pack was activated andinvestigate thoroughly and refund this amount also along with Rs.30/- for dialler tone... i.e. 30+30/= I am fed up with your service packs and also responses in various methods and kinds.

I contest in this matter. You are at liberty to check the track record of my incoming and outgoing call details. Please check up. I did not activate.How Can I activate when the sim is itself not inserted into the mobile for long period? please answer this logical question...I want to proceed this matter to the higher authority or Trai. Let me know the appellate authority mail id to lodge this cm plaint to review once again. Or accept my argument and effect credit of Rs.30/- immediately. actually i felt very happy when i call to customer care. igave complaints regding sms problem 2 to 3 times but no one responde correctly regding that and whenever i want to know about any offers some dont respond properly . but later when i call agian and asked abt the offers one of your executive PRATYUSHA explained me very very nicely and regding complaint also she gave me the information correctly so i thank reliance for that

I m very upset from my reliance set.
I rechrge it dt. on 2.4.10 with 50/- (amount deduct unnecessary 20/-)
Recharge on 6.4.10 again 50/- (amt. deduct unnecessary 30/-)
there is no additional services in my set. whenever call to custom care they told that it is due to service charge. what is this?
now I fear to recharge it again.Tell me what should I do? I don'nt want to recharge it now.

relaice company will deducted d amount wen ever he likes der is no specify time for caler tunes charge nd not a any fixed charge and not any fix date..., every wer dey tell calertune will eb activated for 1 month nd charge for every 1 month i.e.30days ..,, but in illegarly it will be deducted wen ever they like as its may b 25 days alsoi had reliance number [protected] nd activated calertune acording d service it will b renuaval on 16th feb 2011 nd d company also send me msg on 13 feb 2011 from number 52345 at 11:43AM dat on 16th feb 2011 calertune renewal charge will b charged to ur acount but before come 16th d company automatic renewal callertune on 14th feb 2011 at 9:47 AM only dat means 2 days before.., but wen i call to customer care number 198 dey tell its company technically fault.., but i dont want my calertune to renewal so i ask for my amount 10rs deduted back to my acount bcs i dont want caler tune.., but dey give a reply dat company not give ur money.., den so i go to reliance gallery for about dats issues dey also tell dat we cant do any thing in dis mater u only talk with customer care number bcs reliance gallery ko koi b samband nahi hain ki aap ka amount kam hua. if a thief(chor) will stolen(chori) any thing den d police will give punish acording to law, den y not our government law nad order will punish nd fine to RELIANCE COMPANY M.D. Anil ambani because he also in direct thieft(chor) WHO stolen(chori) of indian public..........,
