I HAVE TAKEN RELIANCE BIG TV ON 25/05/2011
BUT THEY TOOK 10 DAYS FOR INSTALLATION
AFTER THE INSTALLATION OVER THEY TOLD THE DTH SERVICE WOULD BE ACTIVATED IN 4 HOURS BUT EVEN AFTER 4 DAYS THE SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN THE ENGINEER SAYS WHAN I CALL HIM IT IS ACTIVATED AND IF I SEE IN MY TV IT SHOWS THAT U HAV NOT SUBSCRIBED SO IT IS NOT ACTIVATED THE CUSTOMER CARE PEPOLE SAYS
SO DONT TAKE THIS SERVICE PREFER TO TATA SKY IT IS THE BEST SERVICE........

I had brought an Internet connection on first week of April. The device was not working and I had to return back in two days. I was promised that I will get a replacement device in three days. On constant follow ups I got the device after one month without the plug point. I had to wait for another one week. They said I need not pay the bill for the month I did not use. Now the connection has been bared because the bill has not been cancelled. They want me to pay the tax money. They don't pick calls nor respond. The speed I used for few days is worst. They took away the original bill and gave alternative bill. I don't want this connection and want my money back.
I have the reliance prepaid connection, My monthly expenses on recharge around 700 INR.
Most of the time the internet not works on my phone, when i complain about this issue to reliance customer care the they have only one answer that there is a technical issue. The worst service i have ever seen in my life. Big name but actually a fraud company.

I suggest to reliance please launch the 1G service because you don't have potential to handle even 2G services. Worst to worst service. I am going to port my number. I just recharged of 44 INR (Whatsapp + Facebook) plan, you know a single time it wasn't connected my whatsapp to Internet. It's completely frustrating. Go to hell Reliance Communication.
Unlimited number of call drops there too. Govt need to take action against this fraud company.
