The receipt cum acknowledgement number of Reliance Communications is [protected]. The cash Rs.2820.00 has been paid to your representative with the desired documentation. The formal enquiry for the said connection has been done on 20.01.2009 After this there is no call from any of your office / call centre / responsible authority or representative to give further connection number or user id etc. to make the card functional. I, Mr Janak Kumar having reliance GSM No [protected].
I am working in south Block with Ministry of Defence and using reliance network regularly since in Delhi.
- Month ago, Rs 30 had been charged off from my mobile account which had been credited as I spoke to your customer care and the service was deactivated at that time.
- Again Rs 30 has been charged off for the current month as renewal of the service which is not know by me .
- My request No is[protected]
- Kindly look into the matter and inform the progress of the issue and also credit my balance that has been deducted from my account.

Till the date, data card not started and he is not responding me.
If my data card will not start than I will go in consumer court & complain in police station regarding c hitting me.
Please take the necessary action and start my connection.
