[Resolved]  Reliance Digital Tv — complaint pending for more than two months

Sir,
This is to inform you that my Reliance Digital TV (Smart Card Number:[protected] is not working from more than last two months due to displacement of the antenna (dish). I had lodged several complaints (from 13th July 2011) for the matter to the customer care executives, the local office and the head office, but till today no one has attended the complaint.

Though my account was active at the time of registering my first complaint I had to recharge my account forcibly just to register my complaint. None of the service personnel even bothered to contact me. Yes, I get calls from head office but just to know that my problems is successfully solved (What a technology - they installed a new dish antenna from a remote location).

Now I am determined not to use this product further, I want they just take back their 'toy' product and refund all of my payments for which they have cheated me.

Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter and try to
resolve my problem today and refund my money for the unused period,
otherwise I will not have any choice other than going to consumer
court.

BIG TV — complained 26 aug not resolved yet

I have a big TV Account. My subscriber id is[protected] . I have made a complained on 26 aug 2011 for poor signal. the request no was[protected]. but there is no visit made by engineer to my address yet my service request closed on 02sep2011. and my account is debited by 200. When I contact to customer care they made a new request no[protected]. Please help me and send a engineer to visit my address.
