[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — rotten vegetables | |
dear sir, we are the regular customer of reliance fresh at panchkula (haryana) sector 14.At starting we are satisfied with reliance fresh but for fast few months we are not satisfied because of rotten vegetabels .there is no fresh vegetables.only few vegetables are available that to rotten only .only for name sake it is reliance fresh but it is not true in my opinion.so please try to have fresh vegetables otherwise pls change the instead of reliance fresh just change reliance rotten as soon as possible. DEAR SIR,THIS IS COMPLAINT IS BEING FILED AGAINST YOUR STORE AT JEEWAN NAGAR NEAR MAHARANI BAGH. NEW DELHI. ON SUNDAY I E 16.08.09 I AND MY WIFE WENT TO YOUR STORE AT 10.00 AM. FOR PURCHASE OF POTATOES. I WAS JUST SURPRISED TO HEAR FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT ALL THE POTATOES HAVE BEEN SOLD.
THIS IS TOTALLY BLACKMAILING.
PL DO NOT FORGET THE EXAMPLE OF SUBHIKSHA. THIS TYPE OF STATEMENTS WERE OFTENLY GIVEN BY SUBHIKSHA STAFF.
I HAVE DEMANDED PHONE NO OF THE H O TO TALK DIRECLY, BUT THEY REFUSED.
PL LOOK INTO THE MATTER IN DEPTH AS RETAIL STORES ARE MEANT BASICALLY FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS AND NOT FOR HAWKERS WHO ARE JUST PICKING THE MATERIAL IN SINGLE LOT AT CHEAP RATES AND SELLING THEM ON HIGHER RATES.
FURTHER, ONE SUGGESTION I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE TO 6 TEN AND THAT IS THAT YOUR STORE SHOULD DISPLAY THE QTY. OF EACH VEGETABLE IT HAS RECD. ON DAILY BASIS. THERE SHOULD BE A PROPER NOTICE BOARD.
FURTHER, QTY OF BASIC VEGETABLES ( POTATOES AND ONIONS ) SHOULD BE FIXED. LIKE
IF I NEED POTATOES THEN I SHOULD NOT GET MORE THAN 2-3 KG AT A TIME. IF THIS IS DONE THIS WILL HELP A LOT IN MINIMISING MALPRACTICE .
I HOPE MY GRIEVANCES /COMPLAINTS SHALL BE TAKEN CARE BY YOU AT HIGHEST LEVEL .

vegetables — rotten vegetables
I buy many articles from relaince fresh but the worst and nauseous product is the vegetables .....The name is relaince fresh but the vegetables are never fresh ,the vegetable are filthy and unhygienic, the service is degrading day by day and staff like security guard steal many things while checking out when we have many bags we leave 2,3 bag and when we return to relaince fresh from our car the guard steals many articles.........disgusting .
Yesterday I bought 5kg onion pack which had almost 750gm of rotten onion . It was a big mess when I emptied the pack, smelly, sticky . Even the cucumber was rotten, more than the loss of money the mess it created was horrible.

I am regular customer of reliance Fresh/one .I am also having the memebership card of reliance:[protected]. On friday 24th I purchased some clothes and some biscuits from the reliance one (Mall) on palam vihar road. First scheme was that if you purchase three pears soap and one will be given free. Secondly I purchased cream biscuit where it was mentioned free gift inside.when I paid the payment I found that inspite of giving one soap free I was told that to pay for all the four soaps as the billing clerk was not aware of the scheme, and latter on there was little bit of conversation and finally I was told to take four soaps and one soap was provided free i.e I had to pay for four soaps and then fifth was provided free. Secondly when I returned home and opened the biscuit there was no gift inside. Further some time back On railway road I purchased kissan squash and sipper was supposed to be free, when I enquired of the same I was told that sipper is out of stock.Hope some action will be taken.
