[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Rude behavior of staff "RATNAMMA" at thippasandra branch Bangalore

I am a regular visitor of reliance fresh located at new thippasandra Bangalore branch. To my horror there is one employee who thinks she is a 'CBI' officer and so does behaves very rude with customers trying to find fault with we consumers. I had observed this lady picking up a fight with customers for no reason and framing them with theft or other reasons.
I had encountered twice with this witch and finally decided to lodge a police complaint against her and the store manager for such rude behavior and action not taken. Once she frames me for picking up two different varities of carrots for which no one except the store guys would know the difference. There are two baskets filled with carrots and I was picking them from these two. From no where this lady pops up and argues I was mixing the quality one with a lower priced one. God only knows the difference as there is no difference in the basket. This so called CBI OFFICER argues with me until I lost my temper to complaint to store manager Mr. Bagavan Singh. Today again I saw this lady fighting with an old man how was buying rice bags. I was telling to myself this CBI started her tricks again to gain cheap publicity. This over hear and started fighting with me. I had to exchange tough words and have controlled in raising my hand. Have given complaints to 2 supervisors and now filing a consumer complaint. Tomorrow I will be filing a case too. As someone said reliance fresh is hell and if anyone from reliance is reading this be prepared to receive a legal notice from my attorney.

Service, Behaviour and Quality — Behaviour of Reliance Fresh Employees

I am Rajesh Aggarwal, resident of Mohali (Near Chandigarh). I am regular customer of Reliance Fresh and I normally visit Reliance Fresh store at Phase 5, Mohali. But the behaviour of Reliance Fresh employess is too bad. Not only the behaviour, the service is too bad out there. Many a times they will not accept the loyality coupons, saying that they need permission from manager and some times don't issue the coupons as well, stating that they don't have the priviledge to do the same.

The quality of its products and service level has dropped significantly and now a days they mis-treat with customers as well (using absurd language and all)
