[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Reliance Fresh, retail outlet in Mohali

Reliance Fresh, retail outlet in Phase 5 Mohali invariably overcharge the customers by rounding off a fraction of a rupee i.e. 10/20 paisa are rounded off to the next rupee, which is against the instructions of the RBI, according to which fraction of a rupee less than 50 paisa are to be ignored and 50 paisa or above are to be rounded off to the next higher rupee.
I complained to your manager, but he is not listening to the customers. The practice is highly objectionable and against the customer's interest.
I will take the matter before the Consumer Forum unless the illegal practice is stopped.

I hope prompt action will be taken to stop this practice.

this is quite common in this phase 5 store.
the store manger is useless and i think they are putting this extra money in there pocket.
it takes 10 minutes to purchase items but 30 minutes to get the bill. one has to stand for long to get items billed. all 4 counters never working, only 1 ot 2 working, single person on a counter to scan items, put into envelope and take money. salespersons too slow and too insensitive. if a customer has any problem, instead of going to him and helping, they keep on standing and staring from a distance and laugh shamelessly. this happened today on 24.july.2011 with me when one of the packets of verka milk got torn at the counter. instead of helping me out, salespersons shamelessly started laughing.
there is no manager or supervisor to check working of salesgirls and salesmen.

people working there are shameless, worse than govt. employees

we are a regular customer of reliance fresh phase 5 Mohali...but sorry to point out that the staff especially the supervisor is extremely rude and arrogant...we never expected such poor quality service from such a big name...the staff supervisor is a perfect example of poor customer service skills...may be the staff is not trained enough to be polite with the consumers...when asked for the feedback register...the supervisor threw it at the customer...i hope even the person reading this comment would not like to be treated ever like this...the staff pointed out the customer "not to chew gum in the store" however all the staff members themselves were having tea right under the sign board where it was mentioned no eatables or drinks allowed...i do not think such an attitude is ever expected by customers...i hope some action would be taken on this...thank you
