ON TUESDAY(9.03.2010) I WENT TO SHOP IN RELIANCE FRESH MADURAI, KOCHADAI BRANCH. I GOT ALL THE ITEMS AND WENT FOR BILLING. THE CASHIER GUY WAS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND I GOT A BABY ITEM TOPS AND SHOTS(BUY 1 AND GET1) IN THE BILLING IT SAYS 60 AS WELL AS -60 AND THE OTHER ONE WAS 58 AS WELL AS -58. SO HE COULDNT BILL. HE DIDNT ASK ME ANYTHING INSTEAD HE THREW THE ITEMS AND CONTINUED HIS BILLING. HE HASNT GOT ANY COURTESY TO TELL ME. HE IS ALSO NOT INTERESTED SELLING I SUPPOSE. ALSO I PURCHASED DAHI. OFFER WAS 50%. I GOT IT AND CHECKED AT THE HOME. THE SHOCKING NEWS IS IT IS AN EXPIRY ITEM. ITS VERY UNETHICAL RELIANCE IN DEALING WITH THIS CHEAP TRICK. RELIANCE PEOPLE CAN CALL ME AT [protected] AND TIME FOR ANY PROOF.

I WENT TO RELIANCE FRESH, SECTOR 46-A, NERUL, NAVI MUMBAI ON 04.10.2009 TO PURCHASE VEGETABLES & GROCERY. I WAS TOLD TO GO FROM ONE COUNTER TO ANOTHER FOR BILLING & LABELLING OF VEGETABLES .THERE WAS NO LOBBY INCHARGE & COUNTER PEOPLE WERE SITTIING LAZILY INSTEAD OF BEING ALERT & FORTHCOMING. RELIANCE IS A BIG NAME MEANT TO DO BIG THINGS BUT THIS ATTITUDE IS REALLY PATHETIC.

Sir, I happened to be at your AMBATTUR, Chennai-53 (old no.225, new no.83, MTH Road, Venkatapuram, Ambattur-OT, Chennai- 600053 (TN[protected].
I have purchased 33 items bill no. 0106 & 0104 dt 23.10.2010.
Following are major short comings especially in Customer service –RATHER THERE IS NO SERVICE AT ALL. Starting from the Security guard- by not issuing tokens for our belongings, and intolerance level goes upto Supervisor level of one Ms .Sankari – who is just doing TIME PASS activities- not even helping the Customers in purchase or finding out an item –or atleast providing a Trolley, blocking path –basically she does not know anything about the RELIANCE FRESH & SERVICE. & She is very Arrogant with customers. More over No BASIC- courtesy, Culture, Behaviour, No help to customer, Misguiding customers –making them to wander here and There. wasting customers time and Patience, Irritating replies etc., etc.,
Just opposite to your Reliance fresh there is one similar outlet named FARM BAZAAR- (A shop similar like yours) . Just go and see their Service & other areas mentioned above. Really classic (Quick service, coutesy, and help extended by the staff there.)
Because of No service by people like the so called one Ms. Sankari & counter service you have to close down shop, else your competitors will make you to shut your shop, through their efficient service, behaviour, approach etc.,
As we all remember The Great Legend Mr.Dirubhai Ambani -who built the Grand Great Empire of Reliance Group of Companies – but now the situation may destroy the Good name created / earned by The legend Mr.Dirubhai Ambhani & it will take a beat., in the days to come, if no corrective measures such as by removing such Useless staff else things will happen for a good Closure of your Outlets / Organisations.As you well aware that Some may take up to Consumer Protection Court, RTI, etc., Pl.Take care.     I have purchased montly grocery in Reliance fresh store of lajpat nagar IV (Dayanand Colony). I was buying from the store for the past 1 year this month (March 10) they refused to deliver the products citing a reason that the home delivery is only for cash purchases. My total bill was Rs.2100/- and the residence is just about 1KM from the store. finally I had to pay Thirty rupees to the Store Supervisor to get my purchases delivered at my home.

      Store location - Sant Nagar, South Delhi, (Iskon temple road)
      Issue - In case you do not have the reliance fresh card, the store simply transfer those points on any other card which have it with them. Even if you object, they still transfer those points. This is data fudging as they use these points to show that their targets were met + also use the gifts by redeeming those points.

      The store employees behavior is very bad and highly impolite and unprofessional.

        I am regular visitor of reliance fresh for marketing food items. On 28/2/10, I purchased food items of Rs.447.10 /- from reliance fresh , vikram square UG-05,UG16-25, scheme no. 71,sector -c,Indore (M.P)-452009. against card no.[protected].One of your representative sh.Ajay was reluctant to prrovide loyalty discount coupon on this purchased items by saying that he is busy and ask me to come tomorrow he also asked that no coupon is issued on sunday with indiffrent manner. After argument, he issued the same coupon.He shown his resentment in front of other customer also. I am unable to find my mistake and therefore I want to bring this incident in your notice. you are requested to look into the matter with the hope that same will not be repeated in future.

          On 23rd January 2010, on a purchase of Rs.483 at Reliance fresh, Kunnamkulam, Kerala, they charged Rs.4830 on my Visa Credit card. On pointing out the mistake, they assured me the refund through their head office to my bank account. Till date the amount is not credited to my account.What should I do now.

          On 23rd January 2010 I had made some purchases from Reliance Fresh at Kunnamkulam, Kerala for Rs.483/-. At the cash counter where I used my Credit Card(Visa), they debited Rs.4830/- instead of Rs.483/-. I pointed out the mistake immediately to the branch Manager and he told me that the excess amount charged will be credited to my bank account. Till date I have not received the amount.I request the authorities to take necessary action at the earliest.
          today i was purchasing sum of rs.637.22.at reliancefresh at devi saradhatheatrein salem. I was taken deleivary from shop.but iwas check in the house one things is not in the bag.soyour staffwas inculded in the bill of rs.25.00 -10.00.in the bill
          .so that after billing verified the goods from your shop.andanother complaint my bill amount was inculded in my customer card.

            Sir,
            I visited a reliance fresh store in Bangalore (BTM Layout) with newly buyed shoes. Security guy told that you have to put your belonging there and go in. Then i kept there and went inside buyed the things and found that my bag is not there. I asked Security, he told please ask manager..then manager called to security and asked to check. After all these drams they told SORRY Sir..give your mobile number.

            My suggetion is dont goto reliance fresh store with any belongings till they give security to our belongings.....PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

            Its not the matter of money...its their and our responsibility to commit.

            Dear sir,
            I am a regular customer at Reliance fresh store locate at Bangalore in Hennur cross. The reason im sending u this mail is cuz the service there really sucks...i go sometime late in the morning thinking that all will be arranged by 11.30 am but its never...

            its very dirty and pathetic...sometimes there is no one to take of the stale vegetables like cauliflower and exchange it with the good ones or oranges etc...

            most o[censored]r counters are unclean and nt in a working condition... it takes forever to sometimes stand in a long queue cuz of improper or nt wrking machines...at time there is only one machine wrking and that makes it very uneasy for people to get out of the store early...

            when we do the shopping that is when i see most of the people cleaning the store or dusting the items whch is very unhealthy as i have asthma...

            things are nt even organized properly...the excess items are just thrown or piled up which is visible to all and makes the store looke very untidy and ugly...

            i dnt think that many o[censored]r customer wud even want to come back...

            i recommended 15 frds to ur store bt nly 3 are still buying from there nd the rest say its better to buy things that will cost us extra than buy it from such an untidy place...

            please make sure that this is taken care of at the earlist...i understnd that they keep changing the stacks from one place to the other whch is good at times bt there are areas where the passage is actly blocked due to the change and we cant even take our trolleys there...

            i look forward for a better and cleaner service, , , , ,

            dear sir,
            we have purchase lehar aloo bhujia namkeen on 9th feb11 from reliance fresh store, sayed nagloi new delhi-110087. when we opened the packet we found namkeen is very much sticky. It has excess oil. The quality of product is very bad. we return both the packet at the reliance counter, but the behaviour of the store manager Mr. rakesh kr. srivastav is also very rude.

              I am Mr Maxime Buffard from Bhubaneswar City . The cause of writing to you is that i am a regular customer of your outlet Reliance fresh. Inspite of giving several remainders at your outlet at gopabandhu square BBSR to get my reliance one permanent card but still there is no progress at all .one & half years have past there is no sighn of getting my reliance one permanent card .                 I buy products often from Reliance Fresh, in Arumbakkam, Chennai. The billing is always done very slowly. I have complained to the staff many times, but they do not respond at all. They do not even offer an apology or an explanation.

                Yesterday, I had an even more frustrating experience. After all my shopping was completed, and after the check-out was done, I gave my credit card for making the payment. It is only at that point that the person in the counter metioned that the Credit Card system has not been working. This was after I had spent 20 mins shopping and checking out. Since I did not have adequate cash in hand, I asked them for options. They bluntly told me to go to an ATM and get the cash. I told them I will make a complaint to Reliance directly. They do not seem to care or take this seriously.

                While I do understand that Credit Card systems fail at times, at the very minimum, they should have displayed a board or atleast told before checkout that the Credit Card system was down. After a hard days work, the last thing anyone expects is to be told bluntly to run to the ATM because that store does not have proper facility to collect payments for basic grocery, that could anyway have been purchased in the Kirana shop next door! I should learn to be smarter, and avoid this store altogether.

                  Iwent to Reliance Fresh Store Malviya Nagar on dt.13.1.2010 at 8.10 pm.
                  Got 5 kg sugar packed from basement and asked the person to taket it to billing counter. Meanwhile I selected one CFL Bajaj 8 wt and since there was no basket there,I put the CFL in my coat pocket ,so as to keep my hands free.Some employee must have seen me in doing so.I came to the ground floor and waiting for my turn in billing of sugar and CFL. One gentelmen mr Deepak or Pradeep Sharma came to me and told me to keep out the CFL from the pocket.I did so and told him that I am waiting for my turn for billing and I have not crossed your billing counter ,but he did not listen and charged me for THEFT OF CFL and forcibly snatched Rs 300.00 from my purse,and forced me to payRs 1000.00 more by withdrawing from nearby ATM,telling me that as per company rules in cease of Theft proved 13 times of the cost will be taken as penalty.Cfl cost was 130.00 printedI told him Ok
                  Could you please show mr the copy of rules regarging penalty for Shop lifting,or in absence you may report the matter to the police station which was next door.But he did not allowed me to leave the store ane all the employes surrounted me as if I was a terrorist.They did not issued any receipt for the penanty Rs 1300.00 inspite of my request.I want justice.Reliance Fresh can not form their own penalty rules in contravention of Cr.pc.They should have reported the matter to police for examination immediately or if they were not getting any
                  instructions from their senior on this point,They could have taken my Driving Licence(Original) as a security .But they wanted to snatch
                  an ammt of Rs 1300.00 from a senior citizen by force by falsely implicating him in THEFT CASE.Action Requested.

                    This Rajesh from Mumbai (Kandivali - Thakur Complex. My wife had a bad experience on Reliance Fresh in Kandivali - Thakur Complext store. On 14-Jan-2010, she went with my 10 month old son to buy some grosary to Reliance Fresh Store. As my son is 10 month old, she keeps Parle Biscuit in bag which was checked by Security person before entering to the store. She took bag inside after security person's permission. When she came out from the store, security guy standing on outdoor checked the bag and said she has taken Parle G buscuit without paying bill. After repetative argument that when she went inside it was there, security guy did not listen. When she asked that your inventory in computer system must have this biscuit so check in that or you have CCTV camera also to verify the same. They denied for verifying any of the two options. At the end as my son was crying, she given biscuit to security guy and came to home.
                    This is rediculas on Reliance Fresh management. They are keeping un-professional staff and there is no customer service. There should be strict action against them as they do not verify any things before blaming. They sale Jeans and shirt also. We may not be suprised if tomorrow their security guys asked us to remove jeans or shirt saying that it is taken without bill.
                    I would request to take strong action against Reliance Fresh and request everyone, not to go Reliance Fresh as they are very un-professional people.

                    I agree with this totally.. I had a similar experience here in Navi Mumbai
                    The undelightful behaviour of Reliance Delight and Reliance Fresh at Belapur, Navi Mumbai India is shocking. The personnel are rude and ill-behaved and do not attend to the customer ever. To add to the woe they also harass customers for small changes and make them stand in the queue, despite the customer being polite enough to say that he has no change.
                    One such incident happened to me today, when i purchased some 724 gms of mutton and the bill came upto Rs. 203. The Manager of the store refused to give men my change and the purchase until I went around running and arranging change. This is most unaccepted as it is they who must keep enough changes and give it to the customer, or else let go off the small change so that the customer can move on. I urge the employers to take stern action against this behaviour so that the entire service industry in India knows how to behave with customers.

                    I am Prabnek Singh from mohali and my mother visited reliance fresh in Phase-7 mohali near HDFC Bank, And she bought the daily stuff and at the checkout she was harassed by the security guart on saturday 11th July, 2014 . He asked for my mother's purse and checked each and every stuff in front of wveryine and scrolled her personal stuff out of the purse and i and my father went today on thursday as we were out of town, and talked to them on which they were rude and said we have powers to check the purse, So, to re iotrate, no male security guard has the power to check ladies purse which she is carrying on her hand and if they have any doubt would have called police and head towards checking, so this is not at all acceptable and i want to file a strong case against so it never happens with anyone, I would escalate this to the highest point be it media or court . As no compensation or apologised can wave my mother's insult and apart form this you may check the camera recordings avilable at the store for the same, i already spoke to the manager there and informed him about the same on which nothing was done apart from providing a number for a senior area manager . I want this to be taken care as soon as possible,

                      I have made the purchases of more than Rs 3000 from reliance fresh, Dahisar East, Mumbai -400068 in the month of Nov-2009. My wife has visited reliance fresh 4 times for claiming the gift. The Reliance Fresh store manager Sagar told us that the gift has not come for the month Nov-2009.

                      I would like to know

                      1. Why reliance is advertising if they cacnot give the gift?

                      2. When do I will get the gift for Nov2009?

                        I went to Reliance Fresh at 8.30pm yesterday night to purchase Sugar.I got the sugar weighed 5kg and asked the man to take it to the billing counter.Meanwhile I decided to have one CFL 8watt which I picked up and by mistake kept in my coat pocket to have my hands free. Keeping the CFL in my pocket must have been seen by one mr Pradeep Sharma CSA.I came to gound floor ans was waiting for my turn in the billing Q.
                        Mr sharma came to me and told me that you have picked one CFL and kept in the pocket and it ammounts to theft.You are therefore requiredto pay penaly ammounting to ten times of the cost of product i.e 130x10=1300.Itold him that I have not passed your billing counter and security check where that check the goods and teat the bill. But and five other persons bullied me to pay rs 1300.00. 300.00 in cash and another man with a queer looking accompanied me to ATM to get the balance Rs 1000.00.During the course of one hour they mis handled me,abused me,caught my coat collar,and threathned me for dire consequences if I did not pay them the money.I asked receipt for the ammount but they refused to give. Since I was getting loww Blood Sugar by that time I rushed back to hime for me Diabetic pill.

                          Dear Sir/Mam,

                          This is Vikram Sethi from ABOHAR (PB.). I am a regular consumer of Reliance fresh.When ever I visit the store, I shop more or around 2000.I have a Big Grievance Against Reliance Fresh.On Sunday,27 Dec. 2009.I came to chandigarh's Sec. 22 R-Fresh at 09:00 a.m. And shopped Some daily usage products(Park Avenue Deo, Glue stic, Rose Face wipes,Clean N Clear Face wash and 2 Pine Flush matics). It all billed Rs. 464 andI paid it thru my P.N.B Debit card. Bill collector drew the bill from card and at last he swaped his own ICICI card at the Billing Monitor to wrap up hurriedly.As a result In your records, Shopping done thru ICICI Debit card.

                          Actually, I was in chandigarh for taking an Exam. It got over at 05:00 P.M.And I wanted to shop some more before leaving for my hometown. I arrived the Store around 06:00 P.M.As asked by Guard I kept my Bag outside and took my hand bag With me with his permit. I offered him to check, But He didn't.It was his fault. He must have checked the bag thoroughly before giving me entry.I had some cash in it and most important my certificates and credit and debit cards were inside it.That's why I had to keep in Safe hands.

                          Well, I entered and shopped around 1 hour and at last reached the billing station.The same guy was taking bill.Bill was Rs.1622.I used my another master card this time to pay the bill.Eventually, I wrapped up All the items in carry bag and got ready to leave the store.I showed my bill to Guard at last and was about to leave,As guard asked to check my Hand-Bag.I gave him to check out and said these are few items, which I bought in the morning and Some are Unsealed.As I had misplaced the Bill.He didn't get convinced and treated me as a thief.

                          He called the store manager.I also thought, He could solve the problem by checking out past transaction which I did in morning.But Instead of helping me out that Bloody abrasive store manager didn't listen to me and started yelling @ me like a Cut-throat dog. I tried to explain , But, He didn't listen and nabbed my Shopping items.I requested him a lot and accepted my fault of misplacing Bill receipt. But He carried on with his brutal attitude towards and proclaimed me a stealer.He said you all students are thieves.He assaulted me badly.When I asked him to get the cops, So that all matter get cleared.He said , let me check out the records.

                          He opened up the detail and all the items which I had showed up,He got found in records.But, the problem occurred When he saw conflict in Payment. It was paid by ICICI debit card holder as per his records. But I told him again and again that I paid thru my PNB debit card and I am not a stealer. He started abusing me before all customers and harassed me loathly and Suddenly, He got stuck and asked the Bill collector to get his ICICI card.At last,He found the error. The Actually payment made by my PNB card, But due to Bill Collector's fault, It showed The payment made by ICICI Card.I asked him now tell me? Whose fault is this??? But, He said me to leave the store.Luckily,my Bill got Misplaced and found the abhorrent fact.Its extremely big mistake done by Guard, Bill collector and Esp. Manager, who is not a Manager , But a Bloody Damager.who only didn't ruin my shopping Xperience, But,Ruined my whole night. Due to this Bloody Bugger, I couldn't catch my Deluxe Bus to my Hometown and I had To go from Bloody Down scale ordinary Bus.

                          Dearie! Customer is coined as a God or King, But your crabby Manager treated me like an insane dog.Its deeply disgusting and abominating. He humiliated me, He harassed me mentally and put false allegations On me, But didn't accept his and his staff's error.This is tort or unjustice to me.His implausible and aberrant Behavior gave a trauma to my mind, which is unrecoverable. I am extremely gutted and gonna to file a Complaint to Consumer forum, Consumerdaddy.com and most appreciate consumer program me CNBCTV18'S Pehredaar.I need apology and compensation for this brutal Behaviour.Whatever had to happen, It has happened.It doesn't matter,whether you take it seriously orLightly. But, at least my Grievance will affect on the image of company and prevent recurrence of Such incidents in future.I want strict actions against Store Manager and other Guilties who defamed and humiliated me before all customers and treated me as a thief without any fault.

                          Your Store is embedded with cameras,So Manager should firstly checked out my acts in camera and then should Commented against me.This is extremely abhorrent. I made so many complaints to company,But it seems, They have no sense of responsibility,Its BLOODY UN-FRESHING......

                          Releance Fresh Outlet — Consumer Harrasment

                          I went to Reliance Fresh outlet(velacherry outlet-Opposite to dhandeeswaram mainroad) for buying a conditioner. I experienced a very bad attitude from them.they dont know how to treat a customer.I understand from them that they have somebody called lady guard and she has a right to suspect anybody as a victim. They had wrong guess and made me as a suspect but nobody approached me.thay were just walking behind and infront, if felt something wrong and went to the staff and asked what is happening but they mentioned nothing. i still had a doubt, so i went to the security and asked what is going on. i understand from him that they were suspecting me as if i havent paid bill. I told them very clearly if they have some kind of doubt.They should approach a customer directly in a decent manner.Instead they should not gossip aound and this totaly insulted me. when i called the store Manager and spoke to him about this.he gave me vague reply and he mentioned that we can goahead and file complaint against him and do whatever we can. So i got pissed off and filed a complaint against them in the local police station at velacherry. Police were so friendly and they brought him to station and made him to write a apologize letter to me.when a cop asked how do u suspect somebody without any knowledge. he gave us a reply that i was holding the product in the hand not in the basket. they asked even for a single product whether to put it in a basket.no reply from him.i dont think they are consumer friendly.they think they satisfied high expectation of the customers.thay are trying to act smart with a idiotic reply.
                          I STAY IN FARIDABAD, WHERE A VERY LARGE REL-FRESH OUTLET IS FUNCTIONING. THE SHOP IS WELL STORED BUT WILL SOON LOSE ITS GOOD NAME FOR THE STAFF MEMBERS, WHO-

                          1) KEEPS VALUABLE ITEMS ON FLOOR, BEING STAMPEDED EVERY TIME. NO TIME FOR HOUSEKEEPING.
                          2) BEHAVES HARSHLY, AND ROUGHLY. RELIANCE FRESH CARRY BAGS ARE SOLD OUTSIDE
                          AT A RATE OF RS.8/10 WHILE WE, REGULAR CUSTOMERS RECEIVE TART REPLIES IF WE ASK FOR THE ITEMS TO BE PUT IN A BAG;
                          3) OUTSIDE CHECKING SYSTEM IS MEANINGLESS BECAUSE THE GATE-MAN ONLY MAKES A
                          PERFORATION MARK ON THE CASH MEMOS EVEN WITHOUT SEEING WHAT IS BEING TAKEN OUT.

                          IF ABOVE POINTS ARE REDRESSED WE, REGULAR CUSTOMERS WILL BE HAPPY

                          actually in all reliance fresh shops its written that plastic bags 1 or 2 rupee better give white cover why hell should i give my money and advertise for you better change the cover else i[censored] follow government rule give white covers. ill go to consumer court

                            I have purchased Relaince fresh atta 5 Kg pack from Relaince fresh store at Anand Bazar,Old Palasia,Indore.It is observed that the Atta is containing particles of stones etc.and he had terrible time in eating the food.
                            I have registerd the complaint with the store but after 40 days no action has been taken.I have again registered the complaint but till date even after nearly 3 months the store has not even bothered to call me about the problem.

                              Regrettably, I am your consumer vide No.[protected] 4 since its inception at B-IV,
                              Gazigulla Road, Gopal Nagar, Jalandhar, Punjab144008 among others. (Also used to visit your G.T.Road Near Guru Gobind Singh Avenue Store and the Hyper Mart in Industrial Area, since closed).

                              Today, 16th Dec., at about 3 PM, I purchased goods worth Rs. 143.66 and Rs. 202.58 through Master Card. I borrowed a pen twice for signing said two bills from your staff at the payment counter, which I returned after signing.

                              When coming out, one of your billing executive rushed out to inquire whether I had returned the pen after signing the Charge Slip. I replied in the negative. When I was about to start my conveyance, another of your Admn. Executive rushed out to ask the same question. I repeated my previous answer, since I had returned the pen. I am a Bank Officer with a Nationalised Bank due to retire soon, and my children are well educated (My daughter, a Computer Engineer resigned from Sap Labs, Bangalore to marry a Computer Engineer and Oxford University MBA, and my son - Instrumentation Engineer and Senior Officer with Asian Paints, NOIDA). Had my wife (a post graduate in Fine Arts and ex-Arts Teacher with a Senior Secondary School in Vijay Nagar, Jalandhar) not accompanied me, I surely would have taken off all my clothes at the gate of your Establishment in front of the Sardarji gentleman to assure your staff that I had duly returned and not STOLEN one/two rupee pen after signing the charge slip.

                              Many a times, I do not use my Reliance membership card to avoid additional wastage of time at the billing counters, since I know that TIME IS LIFE, which your esteemed staff must also know. I am not even redeeming the earned points. Surely, since your premises is under video or CCTV surveillance, it can prove the truth of my statement. But I am positive that I shall think twice before stepping in at your store, since the time taken at the payment counter is much more than it takes to buy goods. Also many times I have left the bill with the security staff because they are equally efficient, while one has bought Ice cream etc.

                              I am sure, the number of footfalls to your establishments must have reduced from what it was in the past. When consumer becomes wiser, he knows what to avoid.

                              Myself Bharat puri, a resident of 717, Guru Gobind Singh Avenue, Jalandhar city. I generally used to purchase all consumable items from retail Fresh.

                              Today, dt.15.01.2012, I have purchased some consumable items and paid Rs.364.31 vide bill no. #0234. After that I have doubt about the weight of items. I checked two items in this bill i.e garlic and ginger. Reliance executive have over weight of two items and charged extra money. They charged Rs.27.16 but actual of these two items Rs.7.5/- extra charged Rs.19.66/-.

                              I talk to the executive but they did not give satisfactory reply. Earlier, there are so many times these types of activity happen in your store. Your Executive charged extra money from consumer day by day. Kindly look into the matter seriously.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I'm very sorry to say that the Name of your store "Reliance FRESH" is not worth as there's nothing fresh in it. Today, being Sunday we went to Reliance fresh Store in Sector 28 Faridabad to purchase the grocery items. We have purchased one Amul Shrikhand Elachi flavor mfg. date mentioned on the pack was 02/09/09, expiry date as mentioned on the pack says after 6 month from the date of manufacturing. But when we opened the pack it smells very bad and there's all fungus inside the pack.
                                My complaint is how one can be so cool after seeing all this. It’s a matter of one's health. I know that we are having 2nd in terms of population, but it doesn't means that one can take liberty of harming someone else's health. Moreover it’s also not about money (50 Rs) it's more than that. If sm1 stole your money what one do and what's the punishment? You all know but here we are talking about more than that i.e. someone is harming our health. As a popular saying says "Health is wealth". My question is what should one do to stop all this, where will be the listening and what will be the punishment?
                                Hoping that an early response will be provided and can satisfy me.

                                  I am concerned about the cleanliness in Reliance Fresh stores at Kondapur and Gachchi bowli in Hyderabad. Both the stores are so dirty that sometimes most of the people in the store are coughing due to dust. The shelves are not arranged properly. There is filth on the floor inpite of a maid doing the cleaning in vegetable/fruits area. Stores of others- like Fresh, Arunodayam and Ratnadeep are cleaner and better organised.

                                  Please tend to this issue or soon your srore will become very unpopular.

                                  I have been shoping at Reliance. your retail at North Usman Road, T Nagar, Chennai is in a mess. When I enquired about the managers Mr Murali and Kartik were indifferent. The arrangement of the products are not scientific. Customer s have to go round searching. No one to help. Your location is o[censored]pper middle class. If well organised you can have large customer with large single purchhase. We have More, Nilgiris, spencer, heritage, Ambica around. Ambica has the best lay out but lace experience. Let one senior official make a suprise visit. Trolleyes are not available for customer as they are filled with dumped items. Sales girls do not have support for currency change. they keep waiting. some times customers give change. disposal time of the customer is long. complementry/discount and such other things are not displayed and it is known at the time of billing and the sales girl keep waiting to be give the item.
                                  I am sending this mail as I know Reliance since 1989 when I disbursed RS. 20 crore loan from Foreshore Road branch of PNB. I read that you are closing down units which are not viable. This is a very potential branch. But need total revamp. The lady tell me"GO AND GIVE COMPLAINT NO ONE WILL LISTEN" Is this what I hear from Reliance grou lead ny Mr Mukesh Ambani.My ID is [protected]@rediffmail.com.                                     This is about misbehaviour from the supervisor at store. When i went to exhange my buyings at store, the supervisor started talking in abusive language and in the mood to fight. It was a pathetic situation and had never seen such a stupid staff in retail industry.

                                    One thing for sure, i will never step in at any of the reliance store for any situation. There are n number of shops in the market which sell the products and services and don't misbehave with customers.

                                    Hope Less MART THIS RELIANCE MART IS HOPE LESS MY WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD GONE TO BUY ONIONS AND FRUIT AND PACKED FOOD ... FIRST OF ALL I PAID MRP FOR ALL THESE ITEMS AND FOUND THAT THE FOOD IS ROTTEN AND THE FISH I HAD BROUGHT WAS EXPIRED DATE AND WITH BAD SMELL THAT I FOUND OUT LATER WHEN I WENT TO COMPLAINT THEY STARTED BEGGING SIR PLZ DONT INFORM OUR OWNER ...AND I HAD TO LET GO MY 400 RS ... I HAD EVERY RIGHT TO GO CONSUMER COURT BUT THIS MART MANAGER WAS OVER REACTING TO BRING THE BILL ... THEIS OWNER SHOULD BE THOUGHT A LESSON ... I THINK EVEN HE KNOWS WHAT THESE PEOPLE DO ... OR HE MIGHT HAVE SUGESTED THESE PLAN TO THEIR WORKERS...
                                    I too had an unpleasant experience once. The staff swiped my card twice for a bill and amount was debited twice from my account. They said there was problem in their system they were not able to connect. I called the manager and informed him the same day but nothing was done. I submitted a complaint to my bank.

                                      has been observed that the service at Reliance Fresh stores in Chandigarh (Sector 22) and Panchkula, Haryana (Sector 14) which
                                      I visit frequently (I will have to reconsider) is deteriorating by the day.

                                      Common Issue at both store:

                                      On several occasions I have been charged more than the MRP printed on a product. How can Reliance Fresh, which claims to be
                                      serving customers with prices less than the market price, charge more than the MRP.

                                      The latest incident is in Sector 22 store where Kinley drinking water price in the store was Rs 13.70 against the printed MRP on the
                                      product which was Rs 13.

                                      On various occasions I have been charged upto Rs 10 more than the MRP on some items.

                                      This has happended frequently and salesmen just shrug of their responsibility saying they are not responsible. Hope Mr Mukesh Ambani
                                      has not reached the economic level at which he is by overcharging customers for various services offered by the Reliance Industries?



                                      Schemes/ Gifts: Manufacturer schemes on freebies are not honoured as the Cashier at the Cash counters fail to give the free item/product
                                      coming with the main product from the manufacturer. Why does not the Cashier ensure that the free item coming with the product is also
                                      given to a customer.

                                      Delay by Cashier: Not all the all cash counters function at both the stores even during the first week of a month when the number of customers
                                      is on the higher side. What is the use of having Cash Counters saying "next customer please" where there is no one to man it?

                                      Billing: Seems Seems Reliance Fresh has a policy restricting bulk sale as each pieace of a product is keyed in repeatedly.
                                      This at times results in delay when the Cashier is doing an unethical act to bypass the system

                                      Recently during a scheme of one packet free with two packets of Knor soup at the Panchkula store the Cashier was busy keying in the
                                      product repeatedly for some customer keeping other retail customers in the waiting. he was busy scanning the Knorr soup repeatedly blocking
                                      the customers. This happens on various other products - including soft drink and juices when there is such a scheme. In that case the Cashier
                                      keeps on keying in the same product saying the same is for some customers. Naturally it takes time to key in 200 pieces of a particular product
                                      If at all the Cashier has to oblige someone he should do it when there are no retail customers.

                                        Reliance Fresh, retail outlet in Phase 5 Mohali invariably overcharge the customers by rounding off a fraction of a rupee i.e. 10/20 paisa are rounded off to the next rupee, which is against the instructions of the RBI, according to which fraction of a rupee less than 50 paisa are to be ignored and 50 paisa or above are to be rounded off to the next higher rupee.
                                        I complained to your manager, but he is not listening to the customers....
