[Resolved] Reliance Fresh, Edapally Toll Store — MISBEHAVIOUR OF BILLING STAFF | |||
Sir: I’m terribly depressed with the behavior of the billing staff of reliance fresh….THIS STORE IS LOCATED IN THE EDAPALLY TOLL BUS STOP JUST IN FRONT OF THAAL RESTAURANT….I along with my friend spent around 20 minutes and shopped our requirements, and when our turn for billing came, the employee there rejected to bill our items instead he behaved very rudely and started billing the other customer, without even informing us about the reason why he had done so…..we even asked him to bill ours, but he never bothered to respond us….. Is this the value that a organization like reliance retail chain is providing to its customer??? we even talked with the store manager, but it wasn’t satisfied…..he told that the employee is just a boy and the billing machines are not working properly…..is these the problem of customer or the store….. It’s not a good job done by the reliance fresh to decline the billing of the customer who waited in the queue for 20 minutes to get the turn…..utterly disappointed with this behavior and hope some action is taken…..
