Reliance Fresh — uncaring and uncivilised behaviour of staff | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, SUB : Non cooprative attitude of thetReliance Fresh Staff I purchased goods worth Rs.924/- from your Rohtak outlet at Shanai Banquet Hall on 5th March 2011 vide cash memo-retail invoice no C1014 #0002 at time about 7pm (18:58:26 as printed on the cash memo). I regret saying that it was unfortunate on my part that I was not having any carry bag at that moment.When I asked the reliance fresh staff for help me I had to face the wrath of the reliance fresh staff posted there at that time.They were not able to provide me any carry bag even against payment. When i asked the counter person to provide me any waste packing carton ,he gave me a plain refusal and refused to listen to my problem any further.The watchman posted there refused to permit me to carry the basket outside the reliance fresh door despite seeing that my car is parked quite visibly from the interior of exit door.He even refused to I dentify himself. Again when I went the bill counter to return my good with a request that they may deduct service charges for returning goods.He too refused on the ground " Sorry Sir, I have no time for this at present.You may come at some other time." Finding no other alternative in this helpless situation I had no option but to take each item one by one to my car. To my astonishment the watchman posted there kept on seeing this all with a smile of victory on his face. I admit that there was my fault that I was not having carry bag. But undersuch circumstances if your staff has to behave in such a uncooprative and uncivilised manner(smiling by watchman) then it speaks volumes about the services the reliance frash can render to the society.With such attitude it would be better to close down your Shahnai banquet hall,Rohtak Service unit.At least I wont visit reliance again and recommend the same for my dear friends. Costumer always have to wait on billing counter, we know that u had provide 3-4 billing counter but at this branch only one counter working, for that we are wasting our time on billing counter. we are paying our most of time on billing counter rest to buy the product.
