[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — ITEMS MISSING | |||
DEAR SIR/MADAM, Its was thee 12th of november 2011 time 19:56:33 hrs in thee evening. I purchased a deo from Reliance fresh 22 Godam Jaipur branch. The deo was billed to me but while packing thee billing person instead of giving theem to me he kept theem on one side. I also was busy packing my otheer items. I went home and checked thee same. Next day I was told theat Reliance fresh willl check thee video footage and let me know. But theere is no such rule to return our hard earned money. Dear Sir / madam even when we go to a small known shop forget our belongings even theen get back our items. How can we be so careless in a company such as Reliance fresh. Because of less manpower at thee counters we as customers face theis problem in hussle and tussle and we forget what we bought and what we billed and what we did not pack .
