Dear Sir/ Madam

I had a very bad experience today at Reliance Fresh, Kamla Nagar Store, New Delhi. The Manager (Amit Pal Singh) of the stored misbehaved me like a hell.
The instance is that I had to buy a Garnier Men Deo Spray Woody Fresh-150ML (L’Oreal).
so I request the staff of the reliance to check me fragrance of the deo. So one of the staff agree do the same for (as I didn’t now that is thing is not allowed in stored).
there after checking the fragrance I took new pieces do in my shopping chart & stand in the que for billing, at the same time the manger jut come to me in a very rude behavior asked that you cant take those pieces which is being tested by the staff member . so I argued with the same that why should I take those things which you people test for the fragrance, I told him in a very calm manner that why should I take these as there is no fault by me, as your staff member tested these to me.
Than he said no this is not your fault your fault so u have to take those open & used deo’s .
Otherwise I m not selling any deo to you, & you can do any thing but I will not send the another deo .
when I said I will complaint about these to the higher authority than ( I a very rude behavior) he said that u can do it , I have no fear & problem.
And send me to the help desk & asked his staff to give them the email id & 1stly I said no to that email id. (As I think that I will not complaint for the as I have a regular visit to the store) but after I just asked the email id for the future reference that the Manger came their & I a very rude behavior told me that now why are asking us for the email id , you can search by our own,
& told me that we people are not here for listing any thing like this form u people.
there after I argued & asked him that while giving him a example that I am not any theft or I am not asking any money form you, than I this return comment he said I a very harsh manner that I will never ever thing to give me the money, So who is he who say to me like this that I will think for money , I ever asked him to pay for me than why he is giving lecturing to me.
he was smiling after a such incident & asked me that don’t be loud.
If you want to do any thing you can do any thing. & when after this incident when I am going from the store he asked me that HE (Manager) EXPECT ME THAT I WILL NOT SHOW YOUR FACE TO IN THE STORE. I want to say that who he to say all this to me is; he is not the owner of the Reliance Fresh, who ordered me like this. This shows totally the rudeness & aggressiveness of the Manager of the store.
It is not just me & it is each & every consumer who is going to the store & purchasing the goods form the store, some will suffer the incident like this & other activity like this & some will actively complaint against the manager, due to activity like this by the manger, his staff member are doing the same activity like this with the other customer. While observing them too.
I want to ask that this type of store is their personnel or from super Indian brand RELIANCE Industries Ltd. so how they have to apply their own rules. When customer wants to purchase a limited quantity according to requirement then who gives rights to these employees to force on customers. Success of every business is depends on employees behavior with customers. Even I think it is proven by the sales statistics.
So I request you to look into this matter & take a proper action so that this type of incident will not happen in near future with any of the consumer of the store as this type of activity also decrease the good will of the company.
