[Resolved] Reliance Fresh Store Thane Stn West — defective biscuits packets | |
Sir I had purchased some items from reliance fresh store located near thane stn west (hotel prince) on sunday 26th april (morning). in the items purchased two biscuits packets (britannia biscuits) were having peculiar smell. I approached the store in the evening and asked them to replace the biscuits but instead the manager said I would have to approach the britannia customer care no to exchange the packets. when i asked them to give in writing the above advice they refuse to do so. when i asked them that should i call the police for registering my complaint the handed over me a complaint book where in i entered my complaint.
