[Resolved] Reliance Fresh Store Thane Stn West — defective biscuits packets

Sir I had purchased some items from reliance fresh store located near thane stn west (hotel prince) on sunday 26th april (morning). in the items purchased two biscuits packets (britannia biscuits) were having peculiar smell. I approached the store in the evening and asked them to replace the biscuits but instead the manager said I would have to approach the britannia customer care no to exchange the packets. when i asked them to give in writing the above advice they refuse to do so. when i asked them that should i call the police for registering my complaint the handed over me a complaint book where in i entered my complaint. i completely agree with this kind of behaviour today they refused to give me the complaint register as they said they don't have one. I had a bad experience o[censored]tter disrespect towards the consumer. when they refused to give me a carry bag after billing when asked how do i carry it home they said you need to bring a bag. Then they gave me a Bag after altercation. Reliance fresh does not even have a proper website to register consumer complaints. it is sad on the part of India's biggest entreprenuer to not have a website dedicated for this service. I would be the last person to visit reliance fresh store. Pathetic is what i can say is the state of work out there.
