[Resolved] Reliance Fresh, Unit 4, Bhubaneswar — Idiotic behaviour of Salesmen | |
Dear Sir, Few days back I had been to one of the reliance shop stores of Bhubaneswar located at Unit IV. I just browsed through the toiletries item and just remembered to get a talcum powder. I just picked a Park Avenue Deo Talc of 100gm costing Rs45. But to my hand it felt emptied . So I squeezed a bit of the bottle to ensure whether there is any thing inside or not. Just them the Manager of the store Sri Ray rushed to me and stared scolding that it is not the way to handle a talc and very arrogantly and roughly informed me that such palpation are not made with talc bottles and made such a scene that I had to purchase the pdt. I could have rebuffed. But decided to complain. But to my misfortune he is the manager. Whom to complain?? If any body knows a phone number of customer complain pl let me know. Yesterday on dated 20.04.2011 i went Reliance fresh (non-veg delight centre) Nayapally I.D Market store to buy chiken.The salesman Mahindra Digal was dealing with the customer.In my presence one customer buy two leg pieces which weight comes around 450 gram but when i asked for two leg pieces he refuse to give me.When i asked why to him ? why not to me ?
His reply was very casual by saying that it is meant for our special customer.Pls let me know how did u recocnise the special special customer.Are u providing any code to them then why not to me because i am also a regular buyer o[censored]rs or is there any chafs in the face of the customer for which u treat them very well.
After some time the store superviser Mr Gitaranjan Rout came to whom i narrate the things but he unable to agree on this.After lots of arguement he force to call the salesman Mr Digal to my front and asked him.Digal answered me like challanging that yes i have given because he is very special to us.
I asked again to Mr Gita Ranjan to provide me two pieces of leg piece but he refuse to give saying that it is not our system.Such things i have written in your complaint register.But dint know how u r taking the action on the issue.
But finally it is very reduculus & unfortunate things to be expected from Reliance Fresh.
I am realy very hopeless & decide not to visit any more to any o[censored]r centres & will advise my relatives & dear ones to follow me.
