[Resolved] Reliance GSM Prepaid — deduction of 30 rs | |
respected sir, i am using reliance gsm pre-paid connection whose number is [protected] & i received a call from reliance on 29/10/2009 telling about an astroindial pack in morning around 8:30 am. i didn't give any response to activate it. At around 9:15 pm, i got an sms from RM-53030 that astroindial pack is activated on my account. i called customer care of reliance next morning & they refuses to way off Rs 30/ which was deducted from my account. please help me out of this Was this information helpful? | |

i am using reliance gsm pre-paid connection whose number is [protected] & i received a call from reliance arround 3 to 4 days ago, telling about an cricket pack . i didn't give any response to activate it. after some hours, i got an sms from RM-53030 that that pack is activated on my account, i am having problem with this packi, i am suffring of loss of 5 rupees dailly from that day.
i called customer care of reliance many times but always call failled i am a student and dont know how to deactive that pack. please help me as soon as possible...
