[Resolved]  Reliance Gsm Service — DND service

FM Pack are activating automatically, whereas I do not need all these, These are all disturbing and irritating for me, I talk to customer care for several time but till now i do not get any result. Without my requirement has to pay for all these.Please stop all these. My number is [protected]

In every month rs 30 is deducted from my account.
Pls stop these Deduction & find why should this in every time.

above mentioned the details i was purchesed from 1st june gsm sim card that time i was sumit my voter id proof their accepting then activated above mention numer, also after 3rd jun thier disconncted my number, then iwas go through the relience authrised dealer in Ahemadabad SP statium Branch thier asking again my Id, adrees proof. then i was sumbit my passport proof now thier not activate my number they told me another 5days it will take time after that it will activate then thier custopmer approch also is not good
