[Resolved]  Reliance GSM SIM — Incoming and outgoing banned

i had purchased a RELIANCE GSM SIM no.[protected] o n 8th july with documents submitted the same day... but dealer got my sim activated after many(10-15) reminder on phone & then my two visit in his shopon 11th july, Reliance had a Rs. 46 vocher scheme which was supposed to be recharged on my sim. the dealer just make one call to me n i will recharge ur no. with Rs. 46. i Called his no. for more than 50 times.. but he was not receving the call but finally when he received the call he said it will be recharged within 1 hour. but it wasnt recharged after so many reminder at phone. finally i reached his shop after 3-4 made my recharge of RS. 46 from him. I was that his chapter was over.s e but yesterday (i.e 21st july) my phone incoming outgoing call have been banned . i called the customer care at *333 and then made a call to my dealer, he lied and that there is some RELIANCE system problem and all gsm nos. have been disconnected. Your no. will be activated by 22nd july before 12pm. But now i again called the customer care n was informed by them that my document have not reached them yet.ake

I am facing a lot of problems due to the dealer.
please suggest what step can i take against him. whose is the fault my disconnection ?

Reliance GSM — incoming & outgoing

my no is [protected] and act on 30 aug. but this time incoming & outgoing faclity has barred. i have deposit all my doc at dealer at 2 times.plz see this matter as soon as possiable. sanjiv kumar sharma thank you

SIM — banned outgoing service

i purchased a sim of vodaforne. but the outgoing service is banned without any intimation we have deposit all the documents to your vodafone dealer. Kindly rectify the same.

Reliance GSM — after submission of documents sim not working

After submission of authentic documents oof my reliance gsm sim card the company is not activating it. when i cal the customer care of reliance gsm,, they answer saying it that they will activate it but i vain,,they are just not activating it..

Reliance GSM — RELIANCE GSM INCOMING ISSUE

I am really fed up from this Relaince Service and suffering a lot B'cos of their lazy Customer care.
I am complaining them regarding my problem from last one month but they hasn’t resolved it. Now shame on their part is that inspite of resolving the problem they have blocked their Customer Care number from my number. My number is [protected] which is of West Bengal.
The problem with my number is regarding Incoming Calls.
The problem is that if anybody calls me he receives messages like "Sorry the voice inbox to this number is not available" "This number is not in service" and their call charges deduct from their account balance. Other problem is that when i took out the SIM card from me Cell then also the same problem is occurring.
My costumer care number is[protected] regarding which they tell that this has been resolved but i am suffering still with the same. I really feel bad when my companions tell me to make my number OK,

till 3.03.2011 3:30 pm my reliance gsm number [protected] didn't get any incioming calls or messege when i'll try this number then i hear this number is switched off i'll chek my handset my call divert, send my calller identity etc. i also laudged complain to customer care at 4.03.12 9:30 AM bt i suffring frm this big problem pls help me
