sir, my grand father buyed a reliance hello dated 2/9/07... cash meme no. B40... this phone was taken from RELIANCE AIRLINK TELECOM, hapur-245101..(uttar pradesh) reliance no. is- [protected] billing account no. [protected] alter nate no. of customer is [protected] complaint--- 1) frod billing 2) ill behaviour sir before also i have send u an email.. failing this time will be procedded with legal procedding in consumer forum and that has to be borne by you... thanking you in anticipation of an early reply.. Reliance Hello — reconection of 04432512809 Appln 2251553591.
SIR.I am using your phone for more than two years. I wanted to disconect my std line and get my deposit of Rs.500/- adjusted in the bill, but your web world and the customer care people said they cannot do so, hence i stopped the payment of the lastbill due to this they diconnected. On 26th feb your team executive Mr Siva from your Haddows Road Chennai office, his contact no [protected] contacted me and discused regarding this who in turn discussed with his seneiors and collected the pending bill deducting the deposit, But till date they have not activated my line. Regarding this i have also lodged a complaint with your customer care (Complaint no[protected] and also sent a mail to
B & C Lead Chennai south TN Circle about a weak back but till date nothing has happened. Hope atleast now you will do the needfull.
