Reliance Hypermart Ltd./hindustan Unilever Pureit — Misleading customer and spoiling Hindustan Unilever Brand | |||
I am a regular customer of Relaince Mart, my card number is [protected]. I would like to bring to your notice that I recently purchased a water purifier (Hindustan Unilever Purit) from Reliance Mart and while unpacking the Purit I found that there was a part missing. On contacting the Reliance Mart for the same it was told that the part is not required and Purit is completely functional with the provided stuff. When confirmed the same from the customer care executive of Hindustand Unilever, I was told that its an important part of Purit and I realised that how these people in Reliance are not just misleading customers but also ready to play with the customer's health.
