My mobile no. is +91-[protected], I am getting lots o[censored]nsolicited sms and calls promoting products of RIM. I want that to get immediately stopped.

Reliance India Mobile — Misleading information in Posters and Brochures

All posters and Br-ochers of Reliance India mobile says Reliance to other network STD calls - Free. And when I confirmed it with customer care they replied all Networks of Reliance (CDMA+GCM).
This is very misleading and a wrong way to make money.

Reliance India Mobile — miss calls from unknown nos. & non disclosure of identity & regular harrassment

Hello sir/madam,
I have been receiving calls/miscalls from unknown nos.
I have tried calling them, but they don't disclose there identity.
Its become a regular harrassment.

I don't feel secure enough, is there any way I can restrict them from caling me, like a call block or something.

The calls are more of on the grounds of eve teasing as I am a girl.

The nos which regularly gives miss calls/calls etc are,

Please look into the matter ASAP.

Reliance India Mobile — Wrong Information Provide

Dear Sir,

I asked from Reliance India Mobile’s customer care representative about life time validity recharge of my Reliance Landline Connection number having[protected].

He told me the recharge value of Rs. 215/- and I recharged my phone with the same amount but I have got only 15 days validity.

I file a complaint for the same with the company dated[protected] having complaint number[protected] but no action was taken by the company.

I further file another complaint for the same dated[protected] having complaint number[protected] which is still pending.

Under both the complaints they want 2 days time for solving the complaints but actually the complaints take time for more than 5 days.

You are requested to please take the matter urgently and provide a refund of my cost from the company i.e. Reliance India Mobile.

Reliance India Mobile — connection error

dear sir,
my name is Shailesh Verma and i have been using reliance sim for the last few days. in starting it was ok but nowadays i am not able to make any call by the sim and when i tried to call the customer care then the automated answer from the computer said to call after 2 min. and dissconnected the call. i am facing this problem for the last 10 days and i am not getting any help from the company. one of my friend has already complained but in vain. please help me to get out of this problem.

I reported a cmplain Against a Care Xecutive about his behavior 3 days ago.....the cmplaint was against [protected]
they said that my cmplain will be resolved within 2 dayz , its more than 2 dayz now but still thrs no Action Taken Against Him( Rajesh)
i m really very upset with the Reliance Care n its service.....
its gettin worst day by day...

yesterday when i called upon customer care , one xecutive named Vishal , he not only refuses to give me my complain Status , he evn cut off the phon saying thnx for calling...... without givin me the whole detail...

what is all these goin sir...... is this is the way to treat a coustomer.....!! we pay for your SIM crds n calls, then why we get xcused when we have sm short of problems .....

where we should go ???? do you have any solution for such irresponsible care xecutivs,....

I have been received your reply againsed my complian about mobile number [protected], that the problem will be resolve, but the problem is still pending, kindly look into the matter, otherwise i will launch a petition in court.

Reliance India Mobile — auto activation of VAS pack

I anurag raturi , mobile no. [protected] complaint that a VAS service named

LovePack was auto-activated on my cellno. on 13dec by the vendor OSI.

SpiceSubscription was auto-activated on my cellno. on 2dec by the vendor SYV.

I order Reliance Communication to deactivate these service on my no. and refund my money, also don't try to befool me by giving fake logs of consent.

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IS "INDIALEDU"

I am using a life time prepaid reliance mobile No [protected] for a couple of years now.I get it recharged once in two months as I don not use it very frequently. As it is a life time recharged package the incomming of calls and SMSes is uninterupted. One day, I received and SMS from 52345saying that my collertune has been activated @ Rs 30/per month.The RIM people put me onto this package of their own sweet will without me asking for it. They further said in case I wish to deactivate it I must call 51234600 and the service will be discontinued. I tried calling the given number but there is no such service. I WAS FORCED TO PAY THE MONTHLY CHARGES FOR A SERVICE WHICH WAS THRUST UPON ME, BUT I DID NOT USE . This is what RELIANCE people do -- SNATCH AWAY YOU HARD EARNED MONEY.

i have a reliance CDMA cellphone [protected]... receive unneccesary chunks of messages &calls daily from reliance service and I just want to stop them right now so please look after it as soon as possible .thank you...

Reliance India Mobile — junk messages and calls

I have been registered with NATIONAL DONOT CALL for last many years but i still receiving junk calls and messages dispite repeated complaints to the company and telephonic argument with the call operators. but of no use. i just received a sms from BA-BRICKS they have given their contact number as [protected]. and another message from LM COUNTRY 56161. Pls advice me how can i go to court against these companies
