Reliance India Mobile — Deduction of Main a/c balance without any information
Deduction of Main a/c balance without any information for caller tone.I m not able to talk to customer care representative becoz from their side no one responding.Second problem is that I have send one msg and balance deduct from thier side for three msg and even msg is fail but balance deduction never fail.
Third problem is that my balance is also deduct for configuration when my phone switched off and on.

Reliance India Mobile — Pulse rate exceeding according to 1 paisa per second
Sir / MadamRefer to my RIM No- [protected],pleasure ensure the followings as mention below :
1.Call rate according to normal 1 paise it is exceeding to 3 paise which I have checked on trial basis of miss call on 02.03.11 at 1.33 pm.(Please check from your end and need to reset)
2.Also during dialling call at any network it is not connecting neither its reply "ALL ROUTE ARE BUSY PLEASE CALL AFTER SOMETIME" even after incoming call does not stand its used to disconnect frequently.(Problem started from 01.03.11)
Rquest you to take necessary action immediately to ressolved and also let us know your line of action.

Reliance India Mobile — Fault detection of packs
I am really feeling cheated here as I have not opted for any of the pack (TecShayaari, OneVPCombo49 and OnMVP5CricketDPas) packs and those get activated by (REN, TELE-CLLING and OBD) as per reliance. If reliance is doing such kind of cheating with its customers it is really sad. Latest Complaint Number Given By Reliance (CDMA):[protected]Dear Sirs,
We have n number of times called up Reliance for receiving zero signal at Hariom Valley in Titwala East where we reside. Every time the complaint is either not taken or the officer on the line retorts that"NOTHING CAN BE DONE".The officer even refuse to get the call connected to the floor supervisor. We have nearly 6 connections of Reliance but neither works in the above mentioned area. In case if climb the terrace then sometimes we get on signal bar. But that also happens once in a blue moon. We feel devastated and dont know what to do.Please help and resolve this issue which Reliance is not ready to resolve.

Reliance India Mobile — Activation of Unwanted facilities automatically
I have a reliance gsm mobile connection from more than 6 months.Now a days whenever I recharge it after some times automaically some packages are activated e.g. Jokes, songs etc and money is deducted from my a/c.Whenever I talk to the customer care rep. they says that I have activated these from R-world, but I remember that I never used R-world.They don't accept thier error and always say " sir my system is showing that you have activated this facility."This happened 3 times.According to them I'm a fool who activates these functions and then have enough time to waste in chating with them.
Eariler I used to suggest my friends to buy reliance, but now I feel Ambani is a big fraud.

Reliance India Mobile — Poor Network availability
Sir,The availalibility of network services is very poor in Jhansi.The network is not available for many days and the signal condition is very poor.The voice also cannot be heard clearly and maximum calls displays "CALL CANNOT BE COMPLETED" while talking.I resides in Khati Baba deendayal nagar area in Jhansi
Reliance India Mobile — Unwanted Balance Deduction
HelloMy Mother is using a Reliance GSM number (+91- [protected])
I am lodging this complaint against Reliance India Mobile on behalf of my mother.
Reliance used to activate unwanted services on this number and deduct the mobile balance without any prior information.
It is not the first incident which I am facing.
I've faced this issue several times with Reliance.
whenever I enquire about the unnecessary balance deduction, they give me no answer. they used to blame the "technical issues".
they say that they can not help me out and can not refund the forfeited balance.
they activate unwanted services on this number again and again.
I've talked to reliance customer care representatives so many times, but none of them gave me my balance back.
for instance, i can give you some details about unwanted balance deduction:
On 11th may 2011 they activated "Panchang Service" without my permission and deducted Rs. 30.00
On 12th may 2011 they activated "combo service" without my permission and deducted Rs. 50.00
they deducted Rs. 80.00 in two days without any permission.
when asked they surprised me by saying that i responded to their calls, which i never did.
they used to put my call on hold for 20-25 minutes and sometimes they disconnect my call.
I found no other solution, but lodging a complaint against Reliance On this portal.
Kindly help me out and try to refund my balance back.

Refer to my cell No-[protected] of RIM (Samart) from hand set MOTORALLA L-7 war activate recharge as per the plan Rs99/- for GPRS on 27.07.11.But after the ativation I have received settings from SMS 55100.I have sucesfully installed all the settings.But I am not able to aess the internet neither from mobile nor from my PC.I cannot open any other page exept google.for other page error displays as :-"413 :Page cnnotbe displayed fro both mobile & PC
Complaint lodged several times to the customer dept but on 28.07.11 but no action.
This is the first time I am not able to acess Internet from my mobile / PC.
So I therefore request you to kindly verify the techenial defect of the same and ressolve it at as early as possible..

Dear Sir,Refer o the below mail of the cell No-[protected] of RIM (SMART) GSM as on date no action has been found from your end to ressolve the issue pertaning to uavailable of acces for the internet.Problem is still being persist from 27.07.11.
But very sorry to say why the reliance technical support team is careless to ressolve the problem neither to think only for the profit for the orginzation.
Please be informed that making fool to the subscriber cannot be in profit for the long period.
Once again request you to verify the matter and ressolve it untill it is ressolved.

my Reliance prepaid mobile no.[protected] I am Doctor and working in Emergency ICU ward, as i am busy with my patients I am disturbed with these types of calls and SMS, I am fed up. I do not want any unwanted promotional sms and calls from customer services of reliance india mobile all the time

Reliance India Mobile — Poor network and voice break from Indoor
Dear Sir / MadamRefer to my below mail for the against the mobile No-[protected] (CDMA) of Reliance India Mobile regarding Poor network ,voice break from Indoor is still persist.since I have lodged a complaint on 24.10.1,but as on date no action has been taken by the service provider so far.As I am a senior citizen and facing lot of problem with the network issue voice break and also disconnect of call instantly.

Poor network indoor and out door
Dear Sir,
I am holding a Rim since one year approx,Since I have purchase I am facing lot of difficulty from indoor network and voice brake and also when in roaming ,I have lodged complaints several times and also written to RIM customer care but no response has been found from your end.
As earlier the RIM service was one of the best service in India among all operator service.But now a days it has becoming very poor day by day.
I really believe that you will serve me better service by helping to short out the said problem.

Reliance India Mobile — Balance deducted daily
I am a Reliance GSM user from Assam. My mobile number is [protected]. My balance amount is deducted Rs 5/- daily. When I talked with the customer care, they say that I have downloaded something from r-world...which I have never done. I have requested them to kindly deactivate such subscriptions on my number. They take complains and say that it will be resolved within 48hrs. They give message that my problem is resolved. But again they deduct Rs 5/- everyday. I have given them complains several time, but its of no use. The result is same. What shall I do. All my recharge amount goes waste. Sir,I am the customer of reliance India mobile my name is Vishnu Kumar
mobile no:[protected], On 11-2-11 without any information the service provider had deducted an amount of rupees 10 from my account.Immediately i called to the customer care but my call is not received by any customer care representative for next two days, they have deactivate *198 for me. on sunday evening they received my call and told that some music pack i aleady activated so no refund of money then i asked him to deactivate my pack he agree to do so. this all procees happened with me for 5 times and same ans received from other side. yet till now no pack is activated my side.i m repeatedly facing this problem with the service providers.so please take an action on this sir
