Sir,I arranged one data card connection for my Chief Electrical Engineer, Railway. For that company respresentative came to our office and after filling up necessary forms and taking appropriate amount from my boss he came and installed the data card. I was also interested and asked about him and for that he asked my identify and I gave the same. But after long gap neither their was any communication nor I pressed him for data card. Because I have not given any payment for the same. I thought that I have not given any payment nor they have given me any data card. I kept mum. But after three months I received a bill. I immediately went to the Reliance Customer Care, Mohaddipur, gorakhpur and showed him that how the bill came to me neither I have been given any data card or any payment has been given by me. They told me that wrongly it has came. I kept mum. Again another bill came. I also went and showed them and they said that we will look after it. Thereafter two notices came from their advocate. Now i have decided to fight against these fraud companies in the consumer forum. Please guide me.
