Dear sir, Myself Punam Sinha W/O Mr Vijay Shankar Prasad Who was the holder of 500 of RPL share certificate which was converted into RIL. After conversion I did not get the RIL Share certificate. My husband who was the holder of this certificate got died in March 2002.When I asked to company about all this things, they replied that these shares certificate has been transferred by the share holder in 2003 and no complain can be taken for that. How it is possible that a person who has died in 2002 can transfer his document in 2003. Was this information helpful? | |
