[Resolved]  Reliance Internet — Internet connection

Hello Sir,

My wife has requested for the set up on the Reliance broadband internet connection from the Hyderabad Panjagutta Reliance agencies. She has paid Rs.2500 for them. Later due to some problem with the set up we and the reliance agencies has mutually agreed to stop the installation. The agencies has agreed to return the money back to us. However, till now we did not get the money back. When we called them the agencies are updating that the person who took the money has resigned the job and has ran away. So they cannot give the money. Can you please help us to sort out this issue.
I am not really bothered for the money but i hate being cheated by some one.

Reliance Broadband Connection — Reliance representative ran away with money

On 9th March 2008 i gave Rs.1000/- (One thousand only) to Mr. Chandrasekhar (Reliance Broadband Representative) for new connection. He told me i will get connection in two days time, however till date i havent got the connection. When asked him to return the money back he not doing that either. I went step ahead and spoke to his manager (Mr. Umaji)he told him about the matter and he i will get my money back by monday (24th March 2008). When i am calling him back he is not responding to my calls. Today i finally managed to get in touch with Chandrasekhar and now he say he wants another 10days times to give back my money.
I have purchase Internet Device recently, But till date they have not install the same in my commputer neither Internet has been activated . Kindly look in to the matter . I have made hull payment to your shoap at Bariatu, Ranchi.

I am a reliance internet subscriber for last 8 months. but now for the month of april, I am facing a problem of "frequent disconnection" . Which makes me unable to surf even for 10 to 15 mts, at a stage. please look into the matter, and acknowledge the same.

I was a Reliance internet customer since the last 4 years in Feb this year the line went dead and i was told it will be working on 14th Marrch then again on 14th march they kept postponing the date . I disconnected the line and also paid the bill after being assured I will get the refund due to non working of the line once all the equipment mainly modem etc is returned.I have been following up since March and I always get the standard reply in 7 days we will solve the issue.Reliance is the worst company for after sales, just because i have dissconected the line they do not care for the customer and they keep saying they will look into the problem.When we do not pay they fine us but when they do not provide service, they not only take the payment but they also do not come to solve the problem and also do not give the refund, they are cheating people and not paying back the money even after promising to do so thats how the great Reliance Company is doing so well eating peoples money.My amount is small but every drop counts and I have told them they can keep my money if it makes them rich.
