[Resolved] Reliance Internet Data card — Worst service | |
I took a reliance internet data card 3 months back n i got 2 months o[censored]nlimited package for free. i have used their service for 1 month after that some problem was created by the relince internet data card sales person they have blocked my data card i have call them many time's but no reply i went to their office twice n for the second time i have submitted my required documnets again. still there is no reply. Hi, i am using reliance net connect USB this time, and i am not happy for services.

I made the mistake of buying a Reliance Datacard. I used it for three months but the speed was so lousy that I was forced to terminate my connection.
i complained to the nodal office many time but, issue is same i have facing same issue
i visited to the reliance web world in new friend colony 4 time in a day, but no one help me for this

I HAVE PURCHASED RELIANCE DATACARD POST PAID CONNECTION LAST MONTH. I WAS INFORMED THE SPEED IS 3.1 MBPS. WHEN I CHECKED THE SPEED TEST IT SHOWS ONLY 0.11 MBPS FOR DOWNLOAD & 0.14 MBPS FOR OUT GOING EVEN IF FULL SIGNAL IS AVAILABLE. NOW I CAN'T DOWNLOAD ANY SONGS
OR PICTURES FROM THE DAY ONE. PLS, LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST

Reliance service is bad, and no quality in speed. They promised 3.1 mbps speed. But we get only 200 to 300 kbps. Then y should promote the product by advertise such speed. when we tell this to customer care. They always say peek hour. You can easily say as peek hours. But customers only suffer a lot. I think it is better to quit from reliance broad band, and move to some other service providers.
I have purchased reliance data card on 3rd March @ unlimited scheme. But still now I didn't get the connectivity more than 10minutes. I have contacted their all services customer care, Nungambakkam service centre (opp to Shastribavan), datacard authorized service centre at Anna Nagar, Purchased shop, and Cool pad manufacturer Office at Mumbai. For that I have got two time replacement and still now I am facing the same problem. My data card couldn't activate even a second. But their peoples still dragging the problem nobody can answerable and resolvable capacity. Finally I have contacted the reliance nodal officer at chennai. Still she is telling some reasons but my data card problem is not net resolved. I am really being cheating by reliance worst persons and shame on their service.

Its just as hopeless as The Global open University. No one responds - no one picks up the phone - no one replies to the email - no one answers the queries and no one solves the problems.

WE WON'T ADVISE ANY CORPORATE COMPANY TO OPT FOR RELIANCE DATA CARD
We had been using Reliance Data card under corporate plan for over more than 3 years (initial datacard, 2G, 3G and then wifi dongle).
Each time we had a problem, we tried to contact Reliance team with very poor response.
The Reliance Customer care always mentioned to upgrade the data card giving vague excuses for poor connectivity and slow speed. Since last 4 months we have discontinued the usage and services of all data cards and put request to all the respective mail ids, still Reliance customer care sends bills and over and above height of services support they send a legal notice stating we are still using the data cards.
We shared them all the payment details we had done along with all the communication details for discontinuing the services.
We had asked for all the breakup of individual data cards which we had with each details of consumption which they have not been in position to provide till date.
BIG BANG - UPDATE
The learned and expert Data Card Provider - Service Engineers from reliance team do not revert on their cell phones / landline nos; The Customer Care Support says, drop a email which is never replied back with acknowledgement and action plan / intimation.
