[Resolved]  Reliance Internet Data card — Request for disconnection the service of Data card no.[protected]

Hello Reliance Team,

I want to discontinue the service of Reliance Data card no. [protected].

I tried connect to the customer care several time, could not get response.

Please disconnect the service ASAP and send me the final bill till now so that I will make online payment. I am not using data card.

I cannot say from now I am not using your data card, your bad service data card is not working.

My Data Card no is [protected]. I am talking to your Customer Care for the past 1 week.

They are always saying that there Special Desk is busy and they will call certainly before end of the day.

So far no call from them.

As on date I have paid my dues. A worst customer service.

Please disconnect and don't spoil the Reliance Goodwill

reason : i am not going to use data card anymore, now we switched to smartphone with airtel 4g . I am stopped using laptop and all my works carried with my smart phones.

Hope you understand the above, please do the needful with immediate effect
