[Resolved]  Reliance mediclaim policy — Problem in Reimbursement of Medical bill amounting Rs. 21932/= Reference no. 4527393 Policy no. [protected]

Sir,

This is to inform you that I Vivek Srivastava R/o 30 A/ E Kurmanchal Nagar Lucknow.went Sahara Hospital , Gomti Nagar ,Lucknow for the ear Surgeory of my Daughter Km. Vartika Srivastava which was done by Dr. Vaibhav Khanna on 31.10.2009 and she was discharged on 01.11.2009. I had submitted all the original bills , documents, hospital papers & Reliance mediclaim policy detail to TPA Mediassist india Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi on 06.11.2009. After that many telephonic conversations were done by me against my claim settlement but till date I could not get claimed amount.100 times I contacted them on phone no. [protected], [protected] Also by mail Mr. Rajendra pal, Ms. Abha Mathur, Dr. R Sengupta every time they are saying it is under process and it will be released in 1 week but I am sorry to say that about 10 weeks have been passed but till date no solution provided from their side. Last time A surveyor Mr. Pankaj Verma came from Mediassist India Pvt. Ltd.New Delhi on 18/01/2010 for taking some more papers from hospital I provided him also the required papers he also said that Your claim will setteled in 1 week.but till date My claim is not setteled. I am very much metally depressed with this case whether I will get amount or not because I borowed amount from my relatives and friends for surgeory of my daughter.
