rejection of claim on false grounds

after the hospitatlisation of my wife in Apr 2009, i submitted the hospital bills to Relaince TPA Medi Assist India P Ltd., New Delhi Office on 23.04.2009. After a number of visits to their office and unlimited number of telephone calls the claim was cleared from medi Assist and forwarded to Reliance General Insurance for reimbursement. Reliance the Big Fraud

i ve got an insurance policy from Relaiance called RELIANCE
HEALTH WISE POLICY kit no.[protected] in Nov.2007
Now i ve put a claim for reimbrusment to Delhi Branch on[protected] with
reciept no.41624822.
its already passed more than 45 days and not cleared yet.
whenever i try to call their TPA or Call center no. first they put me on
hold for 10-15 minutes and then told that it will be done by Next...
