Reliance mediclaim policy — Reliance the Big Fraud

i ve got an insurance policy from Relaiance called RELIANCE
HEALTH WISE POLICY kit no.[protected] in Nov.2007
Now i ve put a claim for reimbrusment to Delhi Branch on[protected] with
reciept no.41624822.
its already passed more than 45 days and not cleared yet.
whenever i try to call their TPA or Call center no. first they put me on
hold for 10-15 minutes and then told that it will be done by Next week,
but nothing happens.
so you are kind requested to look in to this matter to get it done.
