i did complain against my problem to customer care that i recharged 77 rs tariff voucher but its not working properly .. my complain no is[protected].. it has more than 48 hr.. but i did nt get any sms regarding my problem and they also charged high call rate even i use tariff and did not refund my money.. i also talked to executive Kiran and she transfers my call to her senior MR BABU NAND and he talkd to me but they disconnect my call without solve my problem... i am really v much frusted and want to take a action against reliance.. Reliance — Tariff 77 not working properly
my name is ashish kumari am very sad reliance cdma 77 tariff because i am old costumer of reliance cdma
ans last two year use 77 tariff but some times(3months) it is not properly work many
times complaint in costomer care but no any response, always said your call charge
is correct. if i loudly talk from costomer care then locked costumer care services,some times 20paise and some time 50paise. i am trying last 2 days but not call on costomer care
details of 77 tariff--
1st call in a day reliance(local or STD) to reliance 50paise after 20paise/minut for 24 hours.
.pls consider my problem and give me best response.
