[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Service — Undue charges and difficulties in getting new post paid

I am having reliance prepaid card bearing number [protected]. I have received sms as under '' Dear customer, continue to enjoy the coller tunes service subscription charges for Rs. 30 for 30 days will be renewed with in next 30 days within next 3 days. For more tune dial 5123567 at 20 paisa per min. To cancel sms UNSUB 1003 TO155223 (TOLL FREE). I DO HAVE TRIED TO UNSUBSCRIBED BUT SMS HAVE NOT BEEN ACCEPTED. i HAD NEVER ASKED FOR COLLER TUNES. i AM BEING IMPOSED WITH CHARGES. My second complaints is that I was having CDMA NUMBER, SINCE I had purchased new mobile, I had requested to transfer CDMA NUMBER GSM on post paid new connection of same company ie. Reliance communication. I do have got my number transferred, but my old mobile became useless as I had been told by service station that they could not install any rechargeable card. They have also refused to give new CDMA connection. Hence my old mobile became useless. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TYPE OF SERVICES ARE GIVEN BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATION. i am Anantray R Trivedi, on behlf of Trupty at [protected]@yahoo.in
