[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Service — Number terminated

Hi,

i got four( 1 landline and 3 mobile) number from reliance (CUG) from the day one iam having problem still not resolved. first it started with land line i did not get proper signal when i check with customer service they said its because of signal clash, so they asked me to change my 8 digit number to 10 digit after 2months number got changed but still iam facing problem.

I have problem with mobile numbers aswell in those 3 mobile number the third number has been terminated suddenly when i checked with customer service they said its because i did not made minimum calls from that number but i got a bill rupees 210 for that third number([protected]). customer service not willing to give the number to me so i did not pay the bill for that number, paid bill for other numbers. Now other two number outgoing stopped when i checked with Customer service reason given because i did not pay the bill(for the third number [protected] which is terminated)

Note: Iam reday to pay the bill but they(reliance) not willing to give the number back to me they says that its not my number any more.

So why i want to pay the bill for the number which is not mine???????????

Need action on these planing to file a complaint on relaince.
