Ref. to our telephonic discussion for voice service on my cell no.:[protected], received GSM sim card no. is[protected].
History of my request for converting my cell from CDMA to GSM service as follows :-

Date of my request letter, submitted to RIM outlet, Bharuch - Dt.: 05/04/2011.

Reliance CA[censored]pload date - Dt.: 09/04/2011.

GSM Simcard received date - Dt.: 11/04/2011.

Assurance given to activate GSM sim card - Dt. : Within 7 days.

Now to-day's date is 25/04/2011 and yet I am continiously trying with *333, RIM Bharuch outlet, Nodal officer for activing my sim card !!! A very shameful for Reliance, India's No.: 1 Network !!!
This is my last try & request and tomorrow, I will campel to go for further action.

Dear Sir,
On 05/04/2011, we filled form for converting above no. from CDMA to GSM with all supporting documents at Bharuch Shalimar RIM outlet. After 7 days, against our follow-up, your customer care officers informed me that our request was registered at Relience on dtd.:09/04/2011 and your GSM shim will be activeted within 7 days. ( GSM simcard was received on dtd.:11/4/11. ) But till shim is not activited. ( To-day's date : 20.4.11. )

As it is business phone, we are suffered for service from 04/04/2011, so please, do needful immediately and oblige.
