Reliance mobile service provider — Balance deduction
On 31-dec-2009 i recharged my account with rs.11 sms pack through E-recharge. It has to be renewed on 31-jan-2010. I have Rs.35 on my account on 31-jan-2010, which is sufficient to renewed. But they deduct my all 35 rupees and not renewed my sms pack.mobile service — About Balance Deduction
Resp Sir,My complaint is about the deduction of my balance without my knowledge.
I am using mobile service of Reliance Communication No:-[protected]
I am monthly charging SMS pack of Rs. 25 and they provide daily 500 SMS free.
My last sms pack charged date is[protected]. On the day[protected] I have sent 50 messages to my friends and on that day was totally free cost but they deduct my Rs. 30 from my balance. I have complaint about that in customer care in reliance three times from the 13-04 but still there is no responce. I have called today 27/04/2010 again for same reason and they are saying that we have given refund of Rs. 13 only, and reason given by them that u have only done 22 messages on that day. I there fore told them to enter complaint, but the Supervisor of Ahmedabad named Dinesh Pande Situated customer care of Reliance has told me that we are not responsible to enter your complain.
I have legal proof of the 50 message I have sent and still they are not ready to accept that thing.

Reliance India Mobile — Deduction of balance for services, without my permission
Hie....I've many problems with the reliance mobile connection that I have.
1. Some CRBT service has been renewed! without my permission or request for the same and the amount was deducted from my prepaid account.
Ive tried calling the complaint cell and the customer care for 4 days continuously and only then the call was connected.
Again , in the call, after taking all the complaint, I was told that My call woud be transferred to the supervisor and that's all the call was ended.! No response from them till now..N The so-called Customercare is too busy to answer my call
2. I've subscribed for a 11 rs sms pack which should last for one month on 27.12.2010 So, I Should be able to use it till 24.01.2011.
But, I got a message on 6.1.2011 that the msg offer should be renewed on 8.1.2010. Upon calling the customer care, I was told that I need not get the offer renewed. Everything is fine.
but , On 8.1.2011, INR 19 have been deducted from my account for the renewal of the sms pack, which was supposed to last till 24.1.2011, but got renewed on 8.1.2011,without my permission
The customer-care excutive says the money cannot be refunded.! n again the same thing..I was told that my call would be transfered to the supervisor and it got disconnected.
3. Now, my sim was blocked or something has happened. Now my reliance sim doesn't even catch the network...:(
Whom should I complain? There's no proper response at all..;(

I went for recharge in your office at Bajirao Road, Pune, on[protected], I asked your peron to see whether there is any vallu added service are active in my mobile, if active , please deactivate my all service, and in future I don’t want any vallu added services. He checked the system and told there no services activated and you can recharge and the balance will not be deducted.
I asked this type of question because, last two times my balance deducted for Rs.35/- and, 45/-.So that I want to check. I recharged for Rs.150/- I got talk time for main balance Rs.135.99 and Rs.14.01 as promotional Balance. The same day night 00-20 hours(The date changed[protected]message received that your balance deducted for Rs.30/- for CRBT Service, without giving any intimation or without my permission.
I made a complaint on[protected] for refund Rs.30/- with complaint No.[protected]. After two days I enquired, at that time my complaint is closed without any reason. Again I made a complaint on[protected] with complaint No.[protected].
Again I asked your customer executive on toll free No. and he told you complaint is closed. Immediately I went to your Office at Bajirao Road, Pune and asked your person, he told that the given information in above complaints not sufficient, But when I told him to make complaints he know the facts, i.e. before recharge I met him and told that last two time balance was deducted and this time I don’t want like this. So he made another complaint No.[protected] on 6-7-2011.
Till today I am not receiced my refund. So please take action immediately.
Reliance — DEDUCTION OF RS.35/-
A Sum of Rs.35/- has been deducted from my relinace mobile no [protected], and despite my repeated complaints to reliance the amount has not been refunded to me . I request you to please check with the service provider and arrange for refund of the said amount.Mukul Kumar

mobile service — Reliance Blackberry Service not active
Hello,I am using Reliance GSM (Mumbai) circle from last two years. Last week (19.04.2012), I activated my Blackberry services plan with a recharge of Rs 398/- and it got activated in few seconds. But half an hour later, I received a message stating that your Blackberry services have been deactivated. Since then, I have called Reliance Blackberry customer care 7-8 times and everytime they tell me to wait for next 24 hours. Listening to this, I have been waiting for more than 5 days now but to no use.
I am on roaming and have missed many of my important mails due this technical problem. Also, customer care executives have no idea regarding this issue and they are saying to wait and wait only.
Neither are they refunding the money not they are activating the services. It is really very inconvenient and useless to use a Blackberry phone without internet services.

i have reliance mobile — about mobile balance deduction
when i recharge my mobile, their balance is deduct every time.i highlight this problem with customer care but they can not give
me responce.pl. tell me about my problem.
