[Resolved] Reliance Mobile Service — Did not get PostPaid Deposit Refund | |||
Sir, I have Reliance Mobile#[protected], and i changed my mobile from Post Paid to PrePaid in April 2010. There is 2000/- deposit for my Post Paid Connection When I change my mobile to PrePaid Connection, WebWorld officer tell me that deposit will refund to your home within 90days after deduct my last satellement bill and refund amt is almost 1500/- but now after complete almost 180 days, noone reply for same, webworld ask me put your complain at customer care (*222 or *333) that customer care people deny to take any complaint for postpaid connection as my mobile was converted into pre-paid. i send mail to their customer care mail id, but did not get any reply pl help how can i get my deposit back? Reliance Mobile — Services Changed From Postpaid to Prepaid
I am having Reliance Postpaid connection since July 2008 bearing mobile No. -[protected]. The connection was migrated from postpaid to prepaid on 20th July '11 without any information to me. Now I am unble to do outgoing calls since 20th July'11.The daily rental of postpaid plan comes out to be Rs. 16 per day. I have talk to cutomer care so may times but no resulation is provided to me so far. This is really is very bad thing that such a big mobile services provider is doing this kind of thigs.
Pls. take necessary action against the service provider.
