[Resolved] Reliance Mobile Service — Call is not audible in the other side | |||
We are using the reliance smart SIM:[protected] for the last 3 years.Recently for the last 15+ days we facing a problem with the audio quality i.e audio is not clear and not understandable in the other side(happening with all handsets). We complained to the customer care for serval times but I think reliance customer care is the wrost service provider I have seen and it is of no use. Then I sent mails to the Nodal officer and the Appellate Authority of Reliance meant for Reliance. But to my surprise they are deaf to reply my mails.Seems very suprprising that such operatoers are still doing business with our money. I request the reliance group to look into such basic customer service in future to retain their existing customers rather than trying for new customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear sir,
I am using reliance mobile connection ([protected]) for the last 3years.
now i am trying to port my reliance number to another operator.
when sent port in request i am getting reply from 1901 as follows:-
"dear reliance customer, your request could not be processed.please try after some time.thank you."
am trying this for last 1week.I am not at all happy with reliance. please give me a solution
