[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Service — without request to givven style service,voice chat service& costomer care no responce etc in these no.[protected] & [protected]

I am mohanlal kumawat & I requested to you, In few days in my mobile no's [protected] & [protected] Some unwanted services start.I Requested to costmer care no *333 & the costmer care service operaters don't give proper response on my complaints as unwanted services like as style service on mobile no.[protected] & voice chat on [protected].
so i requested, sir please take action on my complaint & give me proper responced.I wait for responce.

Reliance Mobile — Services Request

I had purchased a new post piad connection from Reliance.

When I got my first bill, I was shocked to notice that I have been charged for caller tune services along with the download charges which I haven't subscribed for.

I called up the Reliance costumer care and asked them to deactivate my caller tune services after asking how is it that without any requests from my end the caller tune is activated to which the executive replied that its a default setting that comes pre activated with every connection.

I would like to complaint against this process wherein the company is making big money by unnecessarily charging customers for caller tune services for which they havent subscribed for. Also the request to deactivate my caller tune services is 20 days old now, but still it hasn't been deactivated.

Kindly look into this matter.

Reliance Mobile — close the service without information

My mobile No. is [protected]. My massage voucher (of Rs. 11.00) renewed by the RIM of dated 13-10-10 of the 30 days, but this massage service closed by RIM after the DIWALI[protected] without giving information to me. I was continuing use the massage service, so my balance ended to 12-11-10. I had complaint to no. 198 (RIM complaint no.) and the executive told me it is company related, i cant help you!.
So please take to action against the RIM and refund my balance from the company.
