Reliance Mobile Services — CRBT Service invoked without my consent

I would like to raise a complaint to this forum, Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message on 08/06/2010 11.24 PM saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30/30 days was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

But that time i was in sleep and sure that i have not activated for the same.

Also i have been receving lot of service providers calls and i have activated DND still i am receiving and it comes when ever i travell or in romming from different numbers.


Reliance should not do such third rated cheam marketing policy for making money. We thought Reliance is good company my friends use Vodofone after activating DND they are not having a single distrubence.

if reliance will do such dirty marketing policy they will loose customers.
