[Resolved] Reliance Mutual Fund — Poor Service and cheating
I took this policy on 28th Sep'07 and i was told that i will receive
my policy documents within 10 days. After 20 days we contacted the same person (Pankaj) and he didn't picked our phone. after trying regularly for a week Pankaj's boss picked up the phone and he said that your documents are there in the Dwarka Branch and he will send the doc to us. No docs arrived. We again contacted him and the same thing happened. finally we called Reliance call center on [protected] and they told me that i dont have any policy with them. when i told them that my cheque is already cashed they said that they will escalate this further and gave me the complaint number 1146382 and asked me to contact after 10 days. when i contacted after 10 days there was no clue of the 1146382 complaint no and once again a new complaint number was given to me 1420103 and i was once again told to contact after 10 days. Once again i contacted them on 28th nov and once again got a new complaint no 1513609. No one was able to give me any information. On 1st jan when i contacted them i again got a new complaint number 1380068 and they asked me to send the fax of my statement which showed that money is already debited from my STC account. On 4th Jan they received the fax and they called me and told me that my doc are in the Reliance Dwarka branch and when i contacted them they told me that the doc are already picked up by my sales manager Karan Bhasin. When i contacted Karan Bhasin as usual he didn't have any clue about the same. Now i do not know what happened
with my money and what is happening with my policy????
