Hi, With reference to your mail dated 27/01/10. I would like to request a refund of the amount without further delay. As mentioned earlier in the mail dated 14/01/10, I do not have am acknowledgement slip. The only proof of the investment is the bank statement which indicates the debit from my account for the said investment. If you prefer, I will be glad to FAX / MAIL or HAND DELIVER the copy or even the actual BANK STATEMENT. Kindly revert at the earliest as this is seriously starting to cause a concern.
