[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Zero signal and hidden charges

I purchased Reliance Netconnect 3.1 Mbps in 2011 (Sim no. [protected]).
I did not get good bandwidth when I was in Mylapore where all other company internet are working fine.
After I moved to Pallikaranai, it become worse. There is no signal coming at all. The led is in RED always.
Only sometime rarely in the evening or midnight it works a bit.

So it is not worth for Rs. 950 I am paying every month. They cheated me while selling by saying plan rate is only 750 per month, but the actual bill coming for 950, after I enquired to customer care only they said it is incluing tax. Why you are not telling the price including service tax and all those hidden costs you people charging.

For sure this is not device problem computer / software problem, it is problem with your service. I guess you(Reliance netconnect) dont have the capacity to provide 3.1 Mbps but selling it saying lie.
I called to customer care many times, there is no use.

Kindly please if anyone from Reliance can resolve it, please advice. Or atleast advice how to cancel the net connection and return the device.
