[Resolved]  Reliance One — permanent card issue

issue of permanent Reliance one card — Permanent Reliance one card

I am regular cusomer of Reliance fresh for the past one and half yrs. I have been issued Reliance One card{Temp} for adding my purchace points on it. My card no is [protected].
first shopped in 26.08.07. The temp card which is provided is damaged and scanning the Bar code for adding points in my card is not possible with the card. Once I received a phone call from your end regarding issue of Permanent reliance one card. But I have not yet received the same. Kindly do the needful.

Reliance — Issue of Reliance One Card

Dear Sir

Last year i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Safdar Jung Enclave, New Delhi, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earliest possible.
