[Resolved] Reliance Postpaid Connection — Regarding my bill | |
Myself sandeep srivastava as i have taken post paid connection 770 plan at the time when i took that plan the reliance customer care poeple told me that in 770 rs plan all the STD calls are free while roaming too. and they show me a broucher too as i m a s/w engineer not illitrate person.and after that i used that plan in roaming when i saw my bill roaming charges are included i wnt soo many times from where i have taken my connection but they always told me Sir that will be modified in next billing cycle but that didn't happen.and now my outgoing calls are deactivated from 25 days i have that written prooof n still that broucher you can find on that Relaince web world in noida sec-12 near bus station so that they can make other customer fool but i m not one of them believe me . i have taken a new post paid connection but after 25 days i have lost my mobile.
just a time i blocked my sim, your regular bill send in my present adrees but your post paid connection not in use by me so pls bill not send for me.
